I went in last week and I bought a tablet, the gentleman said it costed 399$ for the tablet and I agreed I went to another metro store and they told me it was free that I just had to pay for activation. Which was 15$. I got ripped off. I went back for explanation and they told me basically to go screw myself I am not getting a refund. Worst Metro store ever!

Use to be good, now some txts come in 1-2 days later. Can't get customer service agent, even on phone to address issues. Stores poorly help unless you make a purchase & then it's only partly solved.

Everyone seemed nice and helpful but turned out to be very misleading, I was switching from boost and was given a specific price that I would have to pay. I had to come back another day as they didn't have the phones I wanted and they started telling me I would need to pay twice the price I was given to switch. I brought it up that it's not what I was told the first time I came, so they agreed to give me some discounts which was still more than the first offer. I agreed to that and was told my new plan would include google one and a hot spot. Guy named Robert added insurance on 2 of my lines that I didn't ask for and wasn't aware that he's done so. First, my google one was not working and the salesman told me once again that it was included and I should call metro customer service, I never did as we decided we don't need it at the moment, now few months later I was trying to use hot spot and it didn't work. The customer service told me it's not included with my plan, even though I was told it would be and my metro app says it is. Customer service suggested I upgrade or call the store that sold me the plan. I called the store and the guy was suggesting I pay even more money than the customer service was offering and even suggested I add a line that I don't need. I was specifically told when I switched that hot spot will be included, so basically they lied and scammed us.
