Sad to say my rate went up, it went up 50% in only two months after getting the unit. Just enough time so you get settled in. I realize it would be going up but not so soon. a year or even 6 months would have seem fair. Even though I was very happy to have a unit there I now am faced with what I can do with my things, when I got the increase I called the office and they say its based on market value, the best they could do is a reduce rate by $20.All the employees are wonderful, but I will have to find other options.
