I've been with MetroPCS for many many years and although everyone that I've come in contact with throughout the years have been very nice but no one quite as professional and as friendly as beautiful inside as the young lady that is working there today her name is Bella she knows her stuff she is very accommodating very friendly very inviting you guys should have 12 more like her the store is located in Brooklyn on Pennsylvania Avenue

Terrible service, Unrespectful representatives, making tricks with customers. Try to avoid this office. Go to another one or do everything online. They just catch customers by very nice offers that never happen in a future when you need to pay.when payment time is coming you will realise that everything that representative promised you in this office is not true and you have to pay much more. Unprofessional service, not helpful people

Hello everyone to whom it may concern I will suggest that you don't go to this Metro PCS location on 1110 Pennsylvania they are not honest salesman they lied and made me think I was getting a cheaper plan by adding additional line for $15 more and it turned out to be a lie a few days after I already committed and paid my money I found out I was on a plan that was charging me more than what we agreed to by then it was too late do not support them they will do anything to cell phone's and plans God bless you all??

One of the best store in Brooklyn I love going there and take care me and treate me with class look for name Jay he is the best there. I saw him working there with other customers he give respect I do love him and the store.
