Atrocious! As expected from low tier knock off generic cell provider. Cancelled after 2 months of using their “service”.
People who work at this branch apparently haven’t clue what professionalism or customer service means with condescending and arrogant attitude when you ask questions. Instead, they blatantly mock and insult in their native language which was a Tadjik language.
They don’t even speak English fluently.
Overall, the service provided by Metro by T-Mobile was as expected. Random signal drops, slow speed data even on their “unlimited” plan, the most horrible app there is to make payments & checking accounts.
Representatives over the phone are totally careless and don’t pay attention to what you’re saying. I had to speak with 5 different representatives in 1 day about Hotspot issue and every one of the reps said completely different things and ended up adding additional hidden add one that jumped my billing balance to $135 from a $35 plan.

there’s a reason why actual stores are all going out of business. in store - $29 for a service. call metropcs direct OR use online? free. good luck finding another job when this store closes
