I was charged for a sim card, activation fee, first month's bill, plus taxes (total amount is $57). Plus the representative said that receipt machine is broken and there's no way for him to give me a receipt. I've been a metro customer for one year now and I'm really thinking to switch my phone carrier after this experience.

I don’t even know if this place is still open. I went at 1PM on a Saturday to find the place closed up. They’re sign in the door says they don’t close until 7PM that day. Called yesterday around 7PM, they’re supposed to close at 7:30, no answer. Don’t waste time going to this one. Just go to the one on 42nd and Ave D. They answer the phone and are open during they’re business hours.

I am still on the premises, but so impressed with the options and moreover, the service! Kyle is the bestest!!!!!!!!!!! I needed a secondary phone line, and this young man was so patient, pleasant, thorough in his explanations regarding plans/options. Kudos!

Great staff!! Had such a pleasant and quick experience that I had to review, as most trips to wireless provider stores can be tedious. The manager Randy & Jessica provided good and informative service.

Jessica the store associate was very deceiving and was caught lying to me on two occasions. She tried to up sell me products I did not need and disguised the additional costs as being taxes or other fees. She caused this location to lose my business due to her deceiving sales tactic. I came into the store on 3/12/18 and told Jessica that I was interested in the promo to Port My Number to MetroPCS for a Free iPhone SE. She told me that it was a total of $66 to walk out the door. I told her that the online promo said minimum $50 unlimited LTE plan. She then proceeded to tell me I was misinformed and $66 was the minimum to walk out the door with a new phone and line of service. I replied that I wasn't interested and was about to leave. She stopped me and told me that she spoke to her "manager" and that she can do it for $56, $10 less. I then told her I wanted it for $50, whats the extra $6 for? She replied sales tax. Which upon further research was a blatant lie. I said I would think about it and was about to leave when she offered me 4 lines for a total of $124. Almost went for it, but then I decided to go home and do some more research. I saw online that it was promoted as 4 lines for $100, I then called a few other Corporate MetroPCS stores inquiring on the deal and why she offered it for $124 instead of $100. Was informed that the sales associate was most likely adding in phone insurance to the 4 free phones so she would get a bump in her commission or something. I came back the next day on 3/13/18 and told her I want the 4 lines of service and phones for 4 for $100 and did not want the insurance she was trying to hustle out of me. She said it was mandatory with the deal and that I had to get the phone insurance, also mentioned that I can always cancel it next month. I understand that it was still a great deal nonetheless, but I do not appreciate being lied to and scammed out of more money than I should or want to pay. Who knows how many customers she has deceived and misinformed with her sales tactic; she needs to reprimanded and retrained. A corporate store employee should not be working with that type of work ethic. Ended up calling another Corporate Metro PCS to confirm the promotion and pricing and will be taking my business to that one.

If your going to "Lease to Own" a premium device or any device for that matter, you can bet your last dollar that the terms of the agreement will not be explained, so the guy just adds on extra charges to the overall cost of the phone. I don't like the way they do business, so if you chose to buy a phone from here, be sure to ask questions, get second opinions.
