horrible store, double check everything on your receipt. I walked out because I didn't like the number I was getting at the store after i did the math and called other stores. When i was leaving they said \\\"i could do the phone for this ($$$)\\\" but then i'm thinking... isn't this supposed to be a fixed priced? how can you \\\"do this for me\\\" that sounds like a scam. Don't trust them.

All the employees at this location are very friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to help you with whatever you need. Shoba is a great manager.

Don't do business with these people. I signed up for Smartpay and they charged me an additional $700 bucks for my $100 phone. Manager is crook. Employees are afraid of him. Smells like marijuana in the store. Staff is unprofessional.

After trying to get through to someone over the phone I finally went to the store note to you that I'm disabled and can't walk that good or even stand. But when I got to the store the people there was very mean and out of place I asked to speak to a manager and the lady said no you can leave after asking her what I did wrong she got mad and said She got things to do and I'm off. At 12:40 pm

So I went into this store this morning around 11. After purchasing the phone from this said location. My fingerprint kept me locked out of my phone after restarting it due to no pin being set. The redundant employee on call today Sat June 29th said it was IMPOSSIBLE to get back into my phone as if to imply I will have to buy a new phone again and sent me to the linnen store across the street to some man in a corner with 1914 electronics surrounding him. He told me he has no idea how to do it and why she sent me there. I had to come back home and google how to hard reset my phone. That my good people is what metro pcs T mobile employed. Never again!

This store is the most unprofessional store in the universe bought an iPhone didn't wanna take my debit card only cash and I told them it was a surprise a present and they still proceeded to call my friend and say sorry for ruining the surprise just to ensure we used there store to activate the phone whom by the way was already a metro pcs client . Crooks and unprofessional go to boost or cricket folks they are right on the same block I WILL Never recommend anyone to metro pcs
