1st time coming to this store,I took my bestie to get a SIM card here UNLIMITED and the people who works here are amazing, they explain to me and my friend the newest promotions metro has for new customer, at the end of the day he took the phone Moto G and service and price was the best at the end of the day!!

July 3rd 2025 I went to the store to purchase the 5G internet. They guy was very nice in the store but what that was, was a cover up for what I now know was scam. So Metro/Tmobile advertise the internet for $50 a month. So that's what I wanted but after talking with the guy who said he was a store manager that's not what I paid. He explained that I would have to pay a service charge for them to activate the internet which cost with taxes $115. So I paid it. Not knowing I was ripped off. I got home to plug up the internet and it didn't work so I call the customer service provider and I spend 3 to 4hrs trying to connect it which was successful but in the process of doing that myself and the representative on the phone realized that the guy in the store scammed me with how much I paid plus added a additional charge on my bill. Now mind you the guy in the store aka the store manager told me he was giving me his employee discount so instead of me paying $50 a month I would pay $45 which was a lie. The representatives on the phone said that there was no transaction for that amount ($115) and they don't understand how I was able to leave the store without paying for the internet. Can called the store and spoke to the guy at the store and he said he would fix it. Well the extra charge of $49.50 which would have been do the next day was removed. Not understanding how because I never gave my information to the guy in the store over the phone. The representative said she doesn't know how he got into my account as well. And that the guy in the store covered it up by saying I gave cash which I never give cash everything was done on my card. So this guy in the store did some scamming stuff and overcharged me for a $50 internet which I paid $115 and the representative on the cooperate offices said they are having a problem trying to reimburse me back my money that I was overcharged.

Answer the phone
Thanks for reaching out but this company has to do better. I was a customer for over 20 years. I had to leave because of the service. I have 1 line only now I had 3. The service I received the other day at this location makes me want to take my line off and add it to my other company.

I'm still with Metro PCS by T-Mobile most of my experiences either buying a new phone, paying my bills or information on new products are very good.

Horrible Store....DO NOT BUY A PHONE HERE. Go to Downtown Bklyn to a Certified Metro PCS store...this place will RIP YOU OFF BIG TIME,!!!!!
