I went to that store to buy a new phone with my same number last Tuesday but they force me to change a new number and my old number they transfer to a different carries.... bullshit store do a lot of scam. Don't go that store

I have a bad experience one of the sales person she lie to me ,i went to the store and i ask if is any promotion because i want to add a 2 lines and she said oh yes we have one 4 lines for 100 and sounds super good for me so i buy a new device and everything but when i finish all the paper work end of the day the price for the plan was totally different it was more what the lady told me so to check whats going on i call directly to the company metro by t- mobile and the person who i speak said the promotion of 4 lines for 100 is
discontinued is not available anymore thank god that person on the phone was so helpful , people just want to sale but they dont care about costumers and i guess is not fear

I went to the Store on Monday to buy a new iPhone 16 Pro Max with my same Number and the girl told me $1700. I asked to see the box and she told me I couldnt until after I pay. After I gave her the money she told me the iphone I wanted wasnt im stock and told me to take the iPhone 16 regular for the same $1700 price. She told me that after 2 weeks I could come back for the 16 pro Max. I did not trust that so I asked to cancel the transaction and give me my money back. She did not want to and got into a dispute with my wife. She cursed at my wife and called her names. After we got our money back and left the Store she canceled all the lines on my account. This woman should be Fired. I have never dealt with someone so disrespectful. This is a terrible Store!! 0 Stars if I could.

I can’t say overall, but I visited this store once and representatives helped me to solve my problem. By comparison, I called customer support (611) several times, but they couldn’t help me :).
