Do not even bother stepping foot inside this metro pcs I literally went on this location website and it says clearly they have the edge 2024 phone in stock granted that's a score let me take myself there to purchase yep 15 blocks later walk inside tell the two young ladies that are working hey I'm here to buy the edge you have available Chinese girl says not available indian looks at me all dazed and confused I say why does it say this phone is in stock Chinese girl idk I have asked multiple times it says it is in stock indian still dazed and confused says not one word to me Chinese girl grows a pair of balls and starts getting nasty with me so me yeah me being raised in this neighborhood for 40 years went off on both idc Chinese girl u go go go have some respect next time to customers who are willing to come to you

Well first of all I want to tell you that I never leave reviews unless it is super extraordinary and I can tell you that I have been a client since 2012 with Metro Pcs, I have been served in all 5 areas during this time and unfortunately I have never had Really Good attention of those that You say that 5 Stars are short, quite the opposite, even many friends told me, but now change from that phone company and I told them, it's NOT that they have served me badly in customer service, but the service is excellent. It has never failed me and Well, I am always faithful to the service even though it is mistreated, without exaggeration, I tell you that today I can say that for the first time in so many years I have found myself uniting my complete love for MY Metro PCS in customer service and service of my line and I came to find it here in Brooklyn, being from Queens in this store, I have NO words to express how grateful I am for super good service and that is why I want to tell you that the ladies who work there are extremely professional, extraordinarily friendly and from now on everything is minimal, even if the process is minimal. What to do, I'm going to do it here with them. I congratulate them, I recommend them, and I hope that MY Metro PCS continues to employ Angeles like this with so much patience, so much dedication, Kindness and dedication. I visited this store for a SIM activation service from an Android to an iPhone and they charged me double what the service is actually worth. However, I paid and I decided to go to other metro stores to find out and I found out that in this place they charge triple what a service is really worth and people really fall for it because they don't know. Be very careful with this store

If i could give them 0 stars i would. Phone from the same company locked me out and wanted to get a new one. Then they said to put that number on a new phone would cost $150 for activation when its THE SAME COMPANY just a new phone im buying FROM THEM! DO NOT TRUST THEM FOR ANYTHING.Metro Pcs should CLOSE THIS STORE for all the fraud and scamming they do.
