The worst store ever the Indian guy is money hungry .I wasn't given a charger .nor screen protector. Plus I was screwd over the manager told me to email him but he never responded back.i would never refer anyone there

Girl working lied about my eligibility on an upgrade for my phone. And also the metro site says new and existing customers receive same deals and somehow that does not exist in store, she seemed extremely confused and laughed about it.
The girl was working at 4:30pm 9/11/24 was not knowledgeable about any phones when I asked and just tried to sell me the latest new iPhone available, when I explained I did not want that, and just needed a new phone and was told I was eligible for an upgrade through my metro app, as well as on the phone with a rep but they asked me to come into a store in person to get the phone. She managed to come up with 580 as a new total for a iPhone 11. I am a customer, I can get a brand new Iphone for half that anywhere else. What a scam!
Metro used to be an affordable option, now the cheapest phone option unknown android at 200 dollars, for a phone that is going to break down in a week, that is insane. And for loyal long term customers you have to pay full price for phones and no upgrade or any deals but new customers receive free phones and low prices. That doesn’t even make sense.

Nice,not crowded and calm.Phones are pricey, basic phones for 120.00 not very good.l can't afford 300.00 dollar phone.

I was told by Metro customer service that I qualified for a phone upgrade. However a couple of weeks ago, the woman in the store told me I didn’t. A complete waste of time.
