My visit goes very well the guy working there is such a gem helped me out to setup my new device explained me every single step how to use my new device he explain me everything about the promotions plans etc and give me the best deal for the new phone. I am using Metro from last 20 years and first time I got this good service.Thanks to the guy working there Muhammad such a nice and calm person and overtime he goes over the counter to help every walkin.
APPRECIATE you guys for getting such nice people to metro we need people like this guy Muhammad .

my name is jack i was there today and the guy the muslim dude name mohammed working there he is so helpful he knows everything about phones helped me to set up my phone and whenever i got there he helped me alot he goes over the couter to help everyone i hope he stays there because he’s so helpful and polite to everyone.He gave me offer for tablets and free phones and explain everything how it gonna work glad to visit the store and take advantage of the promotions.
highly recomended place for you guys go visit the store and get great deals.

I bought a Phone That didn't have service so I went back 2 hours later to get another one . But seems like the customer service rep the white Guy With the Glasses, put his Own security question on my account and put his own 8 digit pin and now I can't get into my account

Went to get a Physical SIM from Jamiaca Avenue store where Abdullah informed me that V sell SIMS with phones only for USD 100. RATING FOR THIS STORE IS ZEROSurprised went to ST ALBANS store where RAYAN was very helpful and polite and I got a Physical SIM for USD 28.42 and am using it. Such staff who misleads the customers need to be checked and counselled + RETRAINED. FOR THIS STORE IT IS 5 STAR

If you need phone service especially with metro come see this specific location and ask for Alex I believe he’s the manager but he is such a great help and always picks out the prefect phone for his customers. And always makes sure all your information is transferred from your old device to the new device. I will definitely be back again thanks team metro. Make sure ya give give a promotion or something because he is awesome in what he do.
