The worst service and employees in the world, including the Manager!!! Me and my husband transferred our phone numbers to Metro by T-mobile in this office. This spanish rude employee fraudulently charged us by another amount. I still don't know why I paid 199 usd instead of 150 usd. Plus they did not give us PIN codes, I think because we could not be able to transfer to another carrier. The worst thing is that internet worked only half of the day, starting from the next day it worked only 1-2 hours per day totally. We came back to this office and that Spanish employer tells us surprisingly that Metro by T-Mobile won't work on our phones, because they were not bought in the USA, and that the only way out was to buy new phones there. All there actions are fraudulent. Don't go to there office, you will be extremely disappointed with both the customer service and carrier quality. In addition to all of the above, they lost my another SIM card which I brought from my country and now I'm not able to make important things (bank transactions, etc.) without it. Yesterday we had to transfer our numbers to T-mobile. It means we used Metro service only for 10 days and paid for that 199 usd, and got nothing instead. We want our money back!!!

The lady's are such a scammer. What my family calls them " Las Ratas " because they are such a scammer. Here and from 55st and 5ave and 59st and 5ave are also a scammer too. I wouldn't recommend you to get your iPhone's here. I love metro PCS but i dont great my phone from here

I bought a phone and plan from here in September 2019 (over 1 year and ~2 months ago). I already have to replace it because the phone AND charger have internal damage and are beyond repair. The other customer is right; they sell refurbished phones and mark up the price (nothing against refurbished phones but they didn't tell me this! I did not want a refurbished phone and I don't know where it came from!) I've never had to replace a phone after a year, EVER. Stay away from this location and the other Metro along the same avenue; they do business together. They are scammers.

I bought a pair of headphones here that stopped working after only two weeks. Totally not their fault, these were Apple headphones. They still replaced them at no extra cost. Great service!

The employees so rude and disrespectful plus they charge me $40.00 to order next phone, Tell me that my phone have virus when I only buy it 1 month ago. I ask back for my money and was told there already order phone in 1 hour or less.. Please don't waste your time and go there . Go directly to T mobile ? because T-Mobile buy them over.. that 3rd party working for commission..??

All their cellphones are refurbished. I purchased 2 phones from them and both phones stop working efficiently in ledd than 5 months after purchase.
