Buyers beware!!! I do not recommend this business for reasons that are nefarious. My aunt, a senior citizen in her 70's, purchased a new phone here on 08/24/2022; I was with her. The sales person was a person that identified herself as "Bindhu"; she was being helped by a male employee. After going over all of the formalities of upgrading my aunts phone, she has a Metro account, she purchased a phone. Bindhu led my aunt to believe that she was giving her a fare and honest deal when in fact she was scamming her. Bindhu knowingly charged my aunt more than $130.00 for a " bundle" of items that she did not purchase. She added the items to the receipt and intentionally did not give her a copy of the receipt. She tried to cover up the scam by offering my aunt two cellphone cases and a screen protector at a very disconnected price; all of which she declined. I'm sure this would have appeared on the receipt as the bundle ( she really tried hard to sell it). One of the cellphone cases was returned by a customer while we were standing there because it was damaged ( we witnessed the exchange). After returning home my aunt later noticed that she didn't have a receipt. I tried calling but no one answered. I returned to the store later that day and asked her for the receipt, she told me it would be texted to my aunt's phone; she told me that they don't print receipts. I asked the employees why no one answered the phone and they had no answer. I called the store while I was standing there. The phone was in a drawer and the ringer was turned down so low that you could barely hear it ringing. I left the store again. After thinking about it and doing some research online. I found out that this has happened to other people ( no receipt). I returned to the store another day and was told that Bindhu was not there she rotates to other stores. I explained the situation to another ( honest) employee that was there on the day the phone was purchased. He researched, found and printed the receipt. The employee explained that receipts are always given and are not texted to the customer. I left the store and later looked at the receipt. That's when I noticed the overcharge. I returned to the store and I pointed out the overcharge for the items that had not been purchased. The ( honest) employee was disturbed by this blatant attempt at theft by fraudulent means. I do know his name but I don't think he should be mentioned by name. I left and returned later that day with my aunt and he refunded her money to her account. There are other details to this but I believe that this explains it all.

I Wrote a detailed review for this particular location. I followed the instructions given at "Yelp's" Customer Service 800 number earlier today to amend the address I put in an incorrect address at that time. It was a Five Star Review for Ms. Xiang and a Extra Kudo for Asst. Manager Mr. Ewin. Incorrect Addrss: 523 Fulton St 11217 Review is Under. Yelp, please make amendment. Thank you. Ms. Xiang deserves others to know she is an "Exceptional Representative" at the 523 Fulton Mall site in Brooklyn. She Is Worth The Trip!!!!

This place is a disaster especially for a corporate store. They have shady business practices and will try to add accessories to your purchase without asking. On top of that they add more in fees than they are supposed to. My advice to anybody is avoid this dump at all costs.

After months of having NO business due to Covid-19 we finally started getting clients. T-Moble had their towers go down at that exact time. I lost multiple clients because of this totaling up to $24,211 in just a few days. I was NOT getting receiving calls from 6/15 until 6/18 at 11am. I don't even know how many more clients I may have lost!!! The pics I am presenting are from the times logged on my CRM connected to my phone once it got service again and one email which was a guaranteed $5000 deal that fell through because he couldn't contact me. Rude and dishonest manager. Bought an accessory and had to return it (unopened), according to the receipt it can be returned within 7 days (and get refunded, after 7 days just get store credit), but the manager says (in a rude manner) it's not the store policy, and insists over and over I don't understand, because apparently what's printed on the receipt is not to be taken seriously. Really? I used to like this store before she was hired.

I visited this store twice the same week and received two extremes of customer services. The first visit was smooth and I was there for an IPhone offer. There was problems when I port in my number, but Nicholas was being patient and polite. I was very satisfied with the services until I realized I was overcharged. I went back the other day, and was assisted by Eva. I explained my situation to her and requested an partial refund. It turned out they denied the offer Nicholas provided. They basically claimed that what Nicholas offered to me was incorrect thus I am not eligible for a partial refund. Long story short. They agreed to issue an full refund. I asked Eva the refund amount I am getting, and she confirmed that I will be getting the full amount (including the activation fee). This guy called Ramon then processed the refund, but turned out I was getting $21.8 less. He told me that the activation fees were non-refundable which I am fine with it, but shouldn't I be notified at the very beginning? On top of that, Ramon gave me $50 less from the final refunded amount. I was glad I counted the changes before I left the counter. I didn't feel comfortable the entire experience, especially with Ramon. He was cold and unfriendly. No apologize from Ramon or Eva for given out an incorrect refund amount nor miscount the changes. I am very disappointed with the service. My frustration is not due to the refund problems but the way how they treat the customers. Some of the staff members need training in customer services.

Let than a month ago, I walked into the Metro PCS corporate store on Fulton Street in Downtown Brooklyn and purchased a Galaxy J7 Prime phone. I paid $29.99 plus tax for a SAM J7 PRIME QC GLASS SCREEN. One week after I brought the phone the screen protector began to crack! I have not yet dropped the phone one time and already it looks several years old due to the continuing cracking screen protector. What a big rip-off!

I have read the reviews enough to be skeptical of places and the experience I was having. I have went to this place today to see if they can help me with a problem I am having. Even though they couldn't help me, they have given me advice on how to handle the situation. The employee Ava was so kind and helpful. I know it makes me want to come back again if I need anymore assistance. It might be trip with two trains, but it was worth it. But overall you can't beat the prices of the plans.
