Terrible Customer Service, They should be more professional in their work but the guys are really annoying, they don't help you at all. They should make a change in personnel, no. I will return to that store and maybe change to another mobile company.

Went in there to see how much the iPhone 12 would be if I changed carriers and brought my number. The guy in there told me over $300. I went on their website and added the phone to my cart, chose the required plan and it calculated the taxes for me. Minus the activation fee everything came up to $173.86. Activation fee is $35. At that store they are seriously cheating customers. Don’t buy from an authorised retailer, they don’t follow the standards of the corporate company. Some of them are like that. This store will cheat you into buying stuff u don’t want by telling you it’s a part of a promotion or deal. It is not. Better to go to the website if u can’t find a corporate store.

They put the store address as my home address.They added they're own password to my account and put an $11 device protection charge that I specifically told them I didn't want.Go to any other metro but this one.. These guys are shady

The absolute worst kind of customer service. In a nutshell, I was lied to, deceived and insulted by a sales person by the name of LU Richard's. Employee ID XUQ072. He not only insulted me, he insulted my wife and his own customer service rep, who I had listening on the phone. All this just to make a sale. Go figure.

I just came in to get the router fir my internet service and the lovely Carlos was more delighted to help me which i was happy for hum to help me since i truly don't know nothing about any routersCarlos was so patient, and helpful he also explains to me how to set it up when I get home which I found on very easy to do once i got home. thank you for Carlos for great service!

I wish I could leave negative stars but I highly recommend the owners reconsider the employment of the type of individuals they have working at their locations especially this one here on 295 Utica Ave. This guy is lucky I wasn’t present for how disrespectful and not willing to help a customer. He shouldn’t be there if he isn’t there to help. He should be in the streets begging for money with the type of attitude he possess!!! Definitely telling all not to bring their business to this place here they only care for your money
