BEWARE PREPAID CUSTOMERS METRO PCS NO LONGER PROVIDES PAY AS YOU GO. IF YOU DONT PAY FOR A MONTH ON PREPAID SERVICE THEY BACK CHARGE FOR THE PREVIOUS MONTH. EXAMPLE: IN NOVEMBER RIGHT BEFORE MY PHONE BILL WAS DUE MY PHONE BROKE SO I DIDNT PAY FOR NOVEMBER. IN DECEMBER, NOT EVEN A MONTH LATER I COME IN TO PAY MY BILL AS USUAL. THEY TOOK MY MONEY THEN CUT MY PHONE BACK OFF. WHEN I CANE IN THEY STATED IT WAS BECAUSE I OWED FOR NOVEMBER AND TO CONTINUE SERVICE ID NEED TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $46!!!! Nah that's not how prepaid works.They scam people out of money. They will not let you know about extra fees and policies that will not only take your money but not refund. They will not inform you of anything, so that you can have a choice of knowing what you're paying for. The manager and her associates are incompetent and unprofessional. They are not knowledgeable about the products or phone lines service. BEWARE PREPAID CUSTOMERS. THEY HAVE A NEW POKICY AND YOU WILL LOSE MONEY IF YOU DONT ASK THEM ABOUT IT

SCAMMERS!!!!! SCAMMERS!!!!THIS STORE TRIED TO GET MORE MONEY OUT OF ME AFTER I PAID FOR MY PHONE AND WI-FI SERVICE. I called metro customer service and they told me that the manager and her team were lying to me about my phone service and she connected my phone line for me. Don’t go here!!!! The manager and her team are all in on the scam!!! NOTE: my phone is currently on because I called and talked to customer service MYSELF! And found out that the manager is lying to pocket money on the side.

Hi my name is Cristina and I was here today at this store and was greeted right away by the gentleman Raymond who provided excellent service and was an amazing help! I will continue to come to this store for any needs! I recommend this store to anyone who needs any help with metro! Amazing service!

You always get their answering machine when call; they need to work on their customer service. Most of them act like they don’t want to work or like you’re bothering them when you ask questions… ??

Just to make this clear, I didn't give more stars because of my general experience with the store in the past. However, the Metro representative Cris deserves all the stars and shoutout over how he handled a complicated situation that had to do with an account identity issue caused by another representative.

Husband and I got two moto stylus 5gs here 12/13. Wanted a FAMILY PLAN!! WE TOLD HIM. Xavier Rodriguez put us on two completely separate plans hubby was on 60 and I was on 30. With taxes came out to 110. Xavier didn't listen at all. He made me feel like he just wanted the money. Hubby fixed it and made our plans to family, got our bill down to 50 bucks for both lines. Even got our ACP plan back. Shame on you Xavier idk how you even got a award up in the store for best customer service or whatever when you did this to us. Awful will never come to this location ever again. Shame on this location and Xavier.

I had the pleasure of being helped by cris at metro pcs. Cris was EXCELLENT! He explained everything in depth and wasn’t put off by my constant questions and indecisiveness. Cris offered everything he could to help me meet my “phone budget”. Lol. I felt bad that I held him up so long but he was very understanding so, good job metro pcs for hiring people like cris. He is what you want in a customer service. Thank again for helping me purchase myself a new gift on my birthday.
