Went to buy a phone and try to re activate an old number. The worker stated he could not help because he was on lunch and the system locked him out. Came back in an hour and was told the system was still down. I know BS when I hear it. I have been here before and it was always a bad experience. METRO/TMOBILE You NEED TO CLOSE this Franchise office. They do nothing but bring down your rep. I will never spend a dime at this location ever again.

Started shakey because my new phone wasn't working. Arianna from MetroPCS in Brooklyn NY at 769 Broadway. She helped me for 3 days to figure out why it wasn't working. She was very polite, respectful, and understanding even when I got loud. So she decided to call Raymond the owner of the store. After our conversation, he made sure I left a happy customer. I came here two years ago, got a iPhone it was finally time for an upgrade. Went in to inquire about an upgrade; and the older lady was more focused on her phone than anything I said, i really waited 30 mins for nothing !! I left.. I felt disrespected. The service has changed for the worst here. Don’t waste your time also the closing time says 7 but there been days the gate is down at 5

The Spanish lady chose to smoke in front of the busyness and not service customers until after she was done. Very unprofessional she got upset at me because I told her I have to go to work soon. She said she don't h e to service me because she's about to clock out. But the store was still open & the gate was up. Very nasty lady worst experience ever

Worse experience I ever had! Typically I don’t rate places one star but this place deserves it.When I walked in he didn’t great me with a hello instead he staid completely quiet till I told him what I was looking for. The guy asked to see my debit card and claimed he needed it to check my information. He was looking at my information for a good 20 minutes. After looking at my information he said he couldn’t even log into the website. Why the hell would he need my debit info if he can’t even get to the website!?!!??! Lucky I can lock my bank card but still don’t trust this place or the working working.

A member of my family is staying at the shelter not far from here and I needed help to get them a phone. The manager and the district manager both got involved and went way above and beyond to help us. If I could give a ten out of five I would and even more. In this day and age of poverty and judgment we need more people like those who work at this place of business. Thank you again!

Service is too nonchalant. I didn't feel comfortable. The staff is not good at multi tasking and kept walking away without asking me if I was finished asking questions or resolving my problems fully. Highly disappointed. I only gave an extra star because I'm in a good mood today. I came to add a 4th line to my service and ended up running out of the store. These people need a customer service upgrade. They were lounging around like they were in their living rooms.
