had a very disappointing experience at this store. My phone’s SIM suddenly became unavailable, so I visited the shop for help. Instead of troubleshooting the issue properly, I was told to go home and just use Wi-Fi, or to buy a new phone altogether — despite the fact that I’m already using the latest iPhone 16 Pro.
Previously, I was also advised that eSIM wouldn't work with my phone and was pushed to switch to a physical SIM, which cost me an additional $20. However, the problem continued even with the physical SIM, and when I returned to explain the issue, the staff seemed uninterested and gave me vague, dismissive answers.
Eventually, I had to visit another store — and surprisingly, they were able to solve the issue quickly by setting up the eSIM properly. So now I’m out $20 for a SIM card I never needed in the first place.
I understand that not everyone is perfect and mistakes happen — I’m okay with that. But what really bothers me is the lack of responsibility and willingness to help. Instead of trying to resolve the problem, they blamed my phone and pushed the issue aside. That’s unacceptable customer service.
