Smelled weird when I stepped in. One of the workers acted like I'm dumb when I said the phone is not recognizing the sim. I went to get a new sim he told me it was $25. I asked him what online says $15 he said because of activation and shipping. This might be true but im not sure. Got the nerve to ask me why not get a new phone. I'm sure they probably get commission or something because I went there for a sim why would you try to sell.me a phone. I had to tell him my phone is only 3 years old. He put might have put in a esim I didn't check the sim tray but it got.my.phone workingPrior I went to another metropcs store and their Sims didng even seem to work so.i was happy with the.new.sim.i.was able to.have mobile data.

I went to apple for a trade in, I needed to activate My phone so as the closest metro I came here, the guy charged me 30$ to activate when it’s a service not a charge. Only if u to transfer phone the. It’s a charge.

It's not that service was bad: there was no service to be had. I went to Fulton to try switching devices, but the store isn't there, nor are there any signs, etc., to let you know where they've moved to.

Terrible! The staff is not friendly and they make you feel like you are inconveniencing them. Never ever will I patronize this place again.

Very poor service. I can't believe the guy sold me a phone that is not working properly. My new phone is worse than my old phone. Shaking my head. You cannot even exchange the new phone. ? Some kind of a human being.

Last year (November)my phone died on me suddenly and I was unable to access any of my information. I came in here and Swami and his brother assisted me in getting a new phone. They threw in some great bargains and accessories and helped me as much as they could to redeem my contacts etc. I promised to write a review and am only now getting around to it. But I wanted to say thank you Swami and your brother also. You made a stressful situation so much more pleasant with your patience, calm demeanor and courtesy. God bless and thanks again!

They charged me for something I didn't want, and gave me a more expensive plan, thankfully the customer service center fixed for me..those guys are overcharging people, make sure you check your receipts.

What an amazing experience I had at METRO by T-Mobile! I got an amazing deal for 2 brand new phones with 5G. Also they included 2 screen protectors for free. Mary helped me out and got me the best discount!!! I will be back when it's time to upgrade again. Excellent and professional service.
