Horrible place!! I wish I can give 0 start. The Manager is a liar. Be aware he will do everything to sell you a phone. I bought an iPhone 12 as a gift for my husband, the price was 829 , he activate the phone but he didn’t told me anything. He charge me over 270 for activation and taxes. I didn’t realize until I gave the phone to my husband. My husband went back to the store to ask him why he charge so much .but he wasn’t there and The person who was in the store today didn’t have any idea . Manager and employees they both are very incompetent. I will never go back to that store. Liar and thief.

Horrific service. The disgruntled employees at this location are enough to turn me away from ever using MetroPCS. I was here to get a data plan for a phone not made in the US for a family member. I asked them if I could simply buy a sim with a voice and data plan. They made a big show of how the phone wasn't compatible with their sim and the best option would be to put down a $100 cash deposit to use one of their phones and get their basic data plan for $40ish. They threw in the cost of the sim and other miscellaneous fees which brought up the entire cost to $70. I was there with a baby who was beginning to get cranky with how long and drawn out this process was turning out to be. I was hoping this would be an in and out operation but no. They tell me, the deposit for the phone HAS to be in cash because he would end up paying taxes on it and kept forcing me to draw money from the atm close by. I asked him to put the whole cost on my card because I didn't have the time for an atm visit, but he just wasn't having it. I was exhausted at this point and just wanted to get this over with so I drew the money and gave it to him. Fast forward to today when I had to return the phone to the location, a very precarious gentleman named Marek accepted the leased phone, gave me back my money and a receipt for it and said I was done. I asked him if I could have the sim, since I paid for it and would like to keep it for another use at a later time, he became very aggressive. He raised his voice, like I was giving him the third degree treatment and said he couldn't help me out and that the messages in the system simply said, they owed me a $100 in cash. And that's that. I said ok, I understand that but as a salesman, could he give me a breakdown of how much the cost of the sim was, just so I know what i paid for. He said no! He couldn't help me and to come back on Monday to talk to the guy I got the phone from. Keep your employees in check MetroPCS. You are in the business of serving customers. Hire employees that are human not Neanderthal's posing to be humans.
