DIDN'T KNOW I WAS ELEGIBLE FOR A NEW TABLET JUST IN TIME CUZ MINE JUST STOPPED WORKING THANKS TO SAM I WAS ABLE TO GET A NEW TABLET VERY INEXPENSIVE, I LOVE MY METRO ALWAYS TAKEN CARE OF ME VERY PROFESIONAL, KIND AND FRIENDLY.

these are the laziest mf i know! they never pick up the phone. was trying to apply for insurance for my iphone and they told me that i had to get it online but when i tried to do that it told me to go in to stores and do it. so i called another metro store and was told that i had to come in stores to do it. DO NOT COME TO THIS ONE THESE PEOPLE ARE LAZY.
