The moment I walked in the lady already with a customer behind the counter chimed in and greeted me. That's awesome because you feel like a valued customer. Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. The store is brightly lit and spacious so you can clearly see what's available on display. I would rank this as one of my top fav Metro by T-Mobile locations of the few I've visited.

Had to wait too long, because it was 9nly one person there. He was attending to too many thing at once. He got slick knowing he couldn't help my mom plan for discount, so he asked me what plan I had. Condition me into getting my personal information. He asked for my bank card, social security number, address, ID knowing I had no intrest on offering someone to go onto my plan. Very unprofessional of him to ask me in front my family member to offer my service and info to lower t heir rate, not knowing if that's what I wanted to do. So he put me on a guilt trip to get my personal info to help out, and still found the customer ineligible after all my personal info was out there.

I was helped by a very nice young man named Moshad(possible misspelling) who was very prompt and knowledgeable about my questions and also was able to address and help other customers that poured in as he worked in me getting a new phone. The store was very clean and thankfully had a table and some chairs for customers to sit on as they wait which I really appreciated. I would recommend this MetroPCs location based on the professionalism of Moshad who was able to get my new phone up and running and was super pleasant to talk to.

I came to this location to buy a iPhone 13 pro max case.. so hey said I hey had it and that if it didn’t fit that I could bring it back…however the case isn’t the right size.. other than the case not fitting their customer service was horrible to me

Bought a phone 3 months ago dique they say its a new iphone pero then why is the battery burnt out so soon, and also every time i pay my phone bill never my data works or internet works , i felt i made a better move switching from boost to metro but it was a horrible decision. No way this phone is "new" if it has so many bugs, just admit that it was a bootleg or refurbished iphone

I gave this two stars because the store is clean and has a good collection of phones...my experience is that while the Rep was getting my new phone together, my old phone he had to the side. There was a Spanish lady there with the same phone as mines that I was getting ride of; he asked if she could use my battery cause her old phone her battery was no good. Long story short, he sneakily gave her my good old phone battery and I have her's. Her battery in my old phone draines real quick. Mines didn't. He lied to my face..DO NOT GO THERE!!

the staff there have no tech experience
