I do not advise you to go to this store. The service is not good. I lost my phone when I asked them for the account number and the PIN number. They did not allow me to use the service. When I called customer service, they did not even agree to give it to me. I do not advise you.

FANTASTIC experience with the asian lady working at this location. I was in and out in fifteen minutes and got an even better deal than what I came in for. She was friendly, efficient, helpful and kind. So much better than Verizon down the street.

If I could give 10 stars I would but my mom and I were helped by the most sweetest and down to earth person you could ever encounter. Jasmine was so patient and kind, she helped us with whatever questions we had and made the process of switching phones so easy. Give homegirl a raise

I called the store to ask a question about service. I was told to call customer service. I said I did but they're weren't helpful. I guess the employee heard you're not helpful. She was extremely rude. She said "well then don't call the store" and hung up on me. I tried calling the store multiple times but got some message saying my number was being screened and that the number wasn't receiving calls.

Liars they told me I had a 50% off coupon when you switch from another phone provider but the internet clearly states when you switch get 4 free phones

Really helpful, Jasmine helped me switch over and set up my phone. transferred all my stuff and made sure everything was working before I left. She's very patient. Ask for her if you need any help.
