Amazing service from Kings plaza metro customer service reps. Bradley and Charles. They answered all of my questions and helped me to choose the best option as a visitor who was just passing through. Bradley’s attention to detail help put my mind at ease and I not worry about my phone for the rest of my visit. Wish I could give them more than 5 stars!! Exceptional service 100%

After talking with customer support online about my store bought less than 12 months old Metro by T-Mobile Samsung phone and the issue it was having, I was DIRECTED to Metro's Kings Plaza location that happened to be Metro's closest branch to me. I braved the cold and inclement weather, got there and explained the problem to one of the three employees who were manning the kiosk. Surprisingly all three were slouched over on the counters which should have been my first red flag. This kid basically asked me what did I expect him to do about it. He did not even look at the phone which was bought right there a few months ago. I was so taken aback by that initial response that I really didn't process much else of what he was saying because I was already calculating in my head which other branch I could find to have the phone dealt with. Absolutely awful customer service. I guess these days everybody wants a paycheck but very few are actually prepared to do actual work for it.

Bradley helped me out with getting a new phone and setting everything up for me at a good price. even helped me out with a discount for a family plan, truly remarkable people do exist.
100% worth the visit if ever in need of a reliable metro pcs phone. even helped me with the jump from sprint to them.

The customer service at this location is poor ...the African American woman was on her phone before even asking , if anybody needed help than had the nerves to have an attitude smh and the guy working with her just went with whatever she said to do ..hire professional individuals.
