Went to the store to pay my billStore was closed.Went next morning to pay my bill. Closed again!Is this location closed?Metro play dirty with your customers. We have jobs and other things to do in life. Like their phone service their store service sucks as well.

I am still on the premises, but so impressed with the options and moreover, the service! Kyle is the bestest!!!!!!!!!!!I needed a secondary phone line, and this young man was so patient, pleasant, thorough in his explanations regarding plans/options.Kudos!

The other day I was in one of your stores. I was thinking about upgrading my iPhone to an iPhone Xmas. There was one sales clerk, so I sat down. I then overheard this sales clerk, whom I discovered was named Kiki. Her tone was condescending, rude and unprofessional, and smelled to me of racism of the worse kind. It was as though she felt that she being gay held done badge over the African American customer. I would over year her say that the phone was water damaged so insurance would not cover it. The customer had not mentioned insurance at all and then stated that he did not have insurance and that was not why he was there. The rude and juvenile like sakes clerk, Kiki, then stated that she would check and said something like she thought the customer was upset. She then stated that the customer did not have insurance as though she were informing him of something he chained he had. The customer turned to leave, so I got up, but Kiki barked at him that if he was going to another MetroPcs they would tell him the same thing. The customer stopped and turned back and asked why she felt the need to tell him that. Kiki, stupidly stated that it was because the customer was getting mad. The customer then stated that he was mad. Kiki then argued that the customer need not be loud, despite the fact that he was not. I was surprised at how calm the customer was, especially due to her obvious racism and in humane type demeanor The customer stated that he was talking at a lower tone than her and not loud at all, so it must be her who was loud. The sakes clerk, Kiki, then stated that she just talked that way normally, which was argumentative, since she had made the loud claim. The rude clerk, Kiki, then stated that the customer need not get crazy, to which the customer said "what?" I was shocked and felt the need to try to help Kiki come back to reality and customer service. I walked up and advised Kiki that I had heard the entire conversation and she was rude and confrontational without any cause or trigger. I told her that I was a 10 year MetroPcs customer and she should learn to respect customers. Kiki snorted at me and said " That is your opinion". To which I replied " As a customer and witness it is one of the only opinions that matters. I backed at away from her verbal vomiting, as the other customer asked for her name and manager's name. The sales clerk then replied that her name was Kiki and she was the manager and that was Kiki with four letters. She seemed to want to escalate the situation and agitate the customers further. As the customer left Kiki kept barking yap at him, like she was clueless and a 16 year old on her first job and first time around adults. I left and watched the customer get in a nice Mercedes, and I thought to myself, wow, the clerk seemed to have a prejudiced notion that her skin color gave her privilege, when in fact he seemed to have earned a privilege. I took my business elsewhere and I am considering leaving MetroPcs, but will await how MetroPcs responds. Wow, can I give a -5, out of respect for others who get a 1?

KIKI is the WORST Employee EVER!! Yesterday I had the misfortune of encountering something that is by far the absolute most disgusting and pathetic excuse for a Customer Service worker by the name of "Kiki." I entered this establishment and only one person was present. She said that she'd be with me momentarily. I ignored the fact that she looked like she should be working at a weed shop rather than a communications company and took a seat and patiently waited. When I told this person that my phone was not working and I was told at another store that I should come here so they can assess the situation. She asked what was wrong and rather or not the phone was broken or had been dropped. I informed her that I only knew that it was not working and would not even come on. She asked if I had insurance and I said no. Upon inspection, she then indicated that the phone had "water damage". I then asked how she could tell or how she knew that. She then said that she could tell by the discoloration on the inside. "That only occurs when there is water damage." I then asked her to show it to me, which she did. When I then turned to leave she said: "And if you go anywhere else they're going to tell you the same thing." This stopped me in my tracks. I turned back to her and said "Now WHY did you feel the need to say that? ....What was the purpose of that last remark?" She said, "Because you were getting loud ...and I figured that you were upset." I then said (in the EXACT same voice) "Loud? ...Are you kidding me? You're speaking MUCH louder than me." (Because she WAS ...as other customers would notice as well.) She said, "Well, this is how I always talk. This is my normal voice." I said, "And this is MY normal voice ...and it's still lower than yours." Her response was something like "Well, ...it's no big deal. YOU DON'T HAVE TO GET CRAZY OVER IT!" Shaking my head and now realizing that I was dealing with a very uncouth, ignorant and extremely unprofessional child I then calmly admonished her saying, "Get CRAZY? ...You might want to consider perhaps learning how to choose your WORDS a lot better. Your innuendo and condescension is rather obvious." She said, "WELL, THIS IS HOW THEY TRAINED ME!" I said, "They trained you to talk to customers like this? And to be rude and condescending ...and say ignorant things like that ...Kiki?" (I referred to her by name after noting her badge name.) She said "Yes, they did!" With that same snooty attitude. I then said "Do you have a card for this store?" She said "Yes I sure do." And handed me one. "AND MY NAME'S Kiki, IT'S ONLY 4 LETTERS ...IT'S EASY TO REMEMBER!" I was truly shocked at how this incredibly uncouth employee kept doubling down on their rudeness and unprofessionalism with even more condescension. I said, "Are ...you ...kidding me?" Did you just say "It's easy to remember? What is your problem? You are incredibly rude. I'll be talking to your corporate offices. Your little innuendo and condescension is not going unnoticed and it won't be tolerated. And if you don't like your job I'd suggest that you consider a different line of work." She sarcastically said "I LOVE MY JOB." (And I believe she was telling the truth. She struck me as an ignorant buffoon who feels that any low paying and unskilled job she can muster might put her in a position to be as RUDE and BELLIGERENT as she was being to me ...because it was VERY obvious that she was enjoying this exchange ...hence the "I LOVE my job remark.") Another customer came over at this point and commented saying something like "I'm a customer too, a long-time customer and you HAVE indeed been VERY rude and condescending and very unprofessional in how you're speaking to this customer." Her sarcastic and nonchalant response was "

Everybody needs to know about the scam Metro by T-Mobile is operating. Both last month, and this month, we tried to pay our monthly cell phone bill over the phone. Tried to do so more than five times last month, and more than five times this month. Every time we attempted to pay the monthly bill, their system for paying the bill over the phone "was down." Thus, both last month and this month, we had to go into their office to pay the monthly bill. These scammers charge you an extra $3.00 "convenience fee" when you pay the monthly bill in person, in their office. Obviously, since their system for paying the monthly bill over the phone is ALWAYS down, you are forced to go into their office. This is highly inconvenient, and more expensive. This is clearly a scam designed to increase their profitability. The mindless drones working the counter say they can't waive the extra fee. Obviously, we do not want the "convenience" of having to go in person to their office every month to pay the bill, but we have no choice given their decision to have the system for paying it over the phone always be down. DON'T BE FOOLED! THIS IS A SCAM!

I always go to the MetroPCS store for over 3 years and Mr Nito is really good to me. It doesn't matter what my inquiries and concerns are Mr Nito is very respectful, polite and patient with me. I'm a very satisfied customer. I like going to that location because of Mr Nito..he's a good employee.
