I have been a customer of this store for a long time. Today I bought a phone here. I would like to note that absolutely all the sellers working in this store at 1402 Avenue Z are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and responsible workers. No matter what requests I turn to them with, they always listen patiently and solve the problem. They advise which phones are best to choose depending on the buyer's age, his or her financial capabilities and his or her preferences. They offer various useful gadgets sold in their store, and explain how to use them. My whole family and I consider this Metro by T mobile store on Avenue Z to be one of the best stores selling phones and phone plans. I strongly recommend buying phones and phone plans only in this store. I agree with the previous opinion that they are deceiving!!! When I switched to thier service they included insurance, which in general was not necessary and was only optional, they still included it in my payment, I didn’t know about it and only when I noticed it was turned off, the money was of course not returned.

I came for a "free" phone offered on their website if I switched to metro.The guy said I would have to pay $100 for that ($60 for plan, $15 phone insurance, $30 activation fee).Screw them all these offline scammers!You'd better buy on the website without these sneaky shops trying to nickel and dime you.
