Unprofessional service, disregard to client’s needs. This office has filed an erroneous return with the IRS and NYS, and ignored my requests to reach out to them to find out what was incorrect. It took me almost a year to work with both IRS and NYS to correct Petrushansky’s mistake. My advice is to stay away from this office or you will find yourself battling IRS on your own.
