The greeters were pleasant. The young lady behind the counter was extremely helpful. She came and helped me look for what I was needing, and then helped me at the register.

Pickup here is good but trying to buy at cashier/wait in line can be a hassle so not bad but could be improved. Store is clean and things are easy to find. Checkout is just the worst part.

The only reason this place deserves any stars is bc of a manager named Chris who knows that when a store sells a product that is defective and does not work clearance policy or kot, you have to take it back. And, while I would love to give Chris and his store 5 stars for his commitment to customers, due to my horrible experience with another manager in the store that prompted me needing to talk to Chris, I simply cannot. I will not name his name as it's simply not worth it. While I am not going to go into the ridiculousness of this manager refusing to take back a clearance item that could have never worked as the items were missing parts (solar power lanterns), I just want to let him know that as a manager you have the right to make things right when products are defective. You simply chose to, which resulted in an awful customer experience. Also telling me to call customer service when you knew they wouldn't be able to help is both disrespectful, rude and a waste of time. Even your associates that were working the night my husband and I came in knew you were doing us a disservice and graciously tried to help. My advice to you: Get it together, be a better person and do a better job. Also, Chris confirmed that you do not product test your products on your roof, so also, please stop lying.
