We had a dreadful sales associate (blonde woman with a British accent) and she knew nothing about the stroller we were interested in. She called the model we wanted to purchase “kind of a nightmare” and told me she doesn’t sell a lot of them so she couldn’t answer my questions. I’m not sure why this store would hire someone who is actively bashing the products…

Went in to test strollers and carseats, absolutely incredible customer service and overall experience. Phoebe spent so much time showing us strollers, talking about the pros and cons and different scenarios, and helping us think through which would be best for our lives. She was so knowledgable, so accommodating, helpful, patient, and understanding. She spent at least an hour with us and her attentiveness never wavered and we never felt rushed. There was no upselling or trying to steer us in one direction or another, just really good, thoughtful advice. We made a choice that we are so excited about and confident in after working with her.
10/10, we will be linking our registry and buying as much of the things we need from them as possible.

Wonderful store with high quality and gorgeous products and very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Mini Jake is my husband’s and I’s go to store for beautiful gifts for our family and friends’s babies and toddlers. But yesterday we went to the store to look at strollers for newborns because we are expecting ourselves. We are extremely thankful for Phoebe’s (I hope the spelling is correct) excellent advice. She had the patience of a saint, answered all our questions and explained to us and all the other first time parents in the store very thoroughly what to look out for in a stroller. She walked us through all the different models and brands and laid out the pros and cons in a neutral fashion. We came into the store without a clue but that has drastically changed now because of Phoebe. So once again, thanks a lot and we can highly recommend the store!!

Phoebe was an absolute stroller angel. She was so knowledgeable, warm, and answered our many questions as first time parents. She made the experience super fun, and we came away feeling informed and prepared to roll into the future, stroller in hand.

So glad this place exists. Saved us as new parents. We’ve reserved trips to the store for the big ticket items that we felt were important to see in person — crib, dresser, recliner, stroller/bassinet/car seat. We would have made decisions that were wrong for us had we not had the chance to discuss with the salespeople in person, touch and compare items and articulate our preferences. We never felt like the salespeople were upselling us more expensive items, and also we saw they don’t charge a higher price just bc they’re a retail store. This store is a no brainer if you’re looking for guidance in a frequently overwhelming and expensive process. Online shopping, which I do for everything else, just doesn’t compare.

The rudest people you’ll meet in the entire city - one of them actually yelled at our 2 year old because he was looking at 4 board books at the same time - we then bought $100 worth of things and mistakenly left a small book behind - we called the store to see if they found it and they accused us of having it and pretending to have left it behind. Psychotic people who should not work anywhere near children. This place is unsafe.

Super helpful staff! Phoebe helped my friend select the perfect stroller and car seat for her needs. Very knowledgeable about all products needed. And to top it off they gave the cutest baby items! Would definitely recommend to any expectant mothers.

Mini Jake was the best place for us to start this (at times overwhelming) process. I came here to shout out Phoebe who helped us sift through all the options on all kinds of baby equipment. We were completely lost and she helped us feel confident in choosing the best items for our lifestyle and needs. SO thankful for her!
