I would like to commend the nurse at this clinic. My brother and i were there this past sunday and witnessed a couple be very rude to this nurse. They were clearly late for their appointment and expected to be seen before us even though we were on time. Even though she tried to explain how late they were to them they were very rude. After they left she took us in and provided such pleasant care. She took her time. we had such a great experience and there is no wait time!

I admit I was leery when I saw the reviews. I decided to try it out anyway.I had a great experience. Had a 4:30 appointment and was called in exactly on time.I needed a PPD for work and the staff was helpful and very pleasant. I checked in on my phone and did all the pre appointments checklists easily.I would certainly use this clinic as a means to avoid urgent care for the things they provide. Thanks!!

a joke - do not go here. we had to get a vaccine for traveling, made an appt, the receptionist was facetiming and missed our appointment, then made sure we couldn’t get the shot because we “weren’t checked in” - literally insane. do not waste your time or $$. go elsewhere.

Would give zero stars if that were an option. Hands down the worst service I have ever received. The person working this minute clinic closed her door, FaceTimed someone, then opened the door and told me I was too late for my appointment. Even though I had been there the entire time! She was also rude and disrespectful.

Incredibly disappointed. Had a tdap test scheduled for 12.10p on Sunday, May 22. I arrived — and no one was at work. I asked the CVS employees if they had any idea regarding timing and they said they didn’t and that I was the fourth person that had asked. I called Minute Clinic’s customer service, who said they needed to message a supervisor to figure out why no one was there. I left my number, so hopefully I get some clarity. Avoid this location — totally unprofessional.

I want to give a huge shoutout and thank you to the Minute Clinic nurse Amanda Mah , NP. I have been looking all over to get tested for strep and flu because I had a negative Covid test result from work. However in these crucial time with this new variant popping up I had symptoms of a fever body aches and chills. I tried 6 urgent cares they were all filled to capacity. I tried my primary care they were short staff. I tried to get an appointment with the minute clinic and nothing. It kept saying they were booked. However I felt if I could just please talk to someone and just get some assistance I would be ok. Even with a full schedule Amanda Mah , NP listened to me let me ask her can she just possibly see me and she said she was booked and I said please and I expressed to her I was being turned around all day. She had one patient that was waiting there with me took care of them and then came and took care of me. I’m so Grateful because not only did she test me for what I requested she also asked if I wanted to do another Covid test and I said yes. Thank god for her asking and for me having sense to say yes. Long story short I tested positive for Covid. I thank her for going above and beyond for me that day and I’m truly Grateful for her compassion, patience and providing me with the best care. Thank you so much. I want to let you know I’m on my journey of nursing and you showed me a reason to pursue becoming a Nurse Practitioner. Amanda you are greatly appreciated.

Everything that's wrong with big healthcare. They want to play in the primary care space, but don't actually care about consumer experience. When you call, there is no way to speak to someone about the vaccine you are trying to get (the automated service did not recognize the word typhoid and I spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to reach a human). When I texted them, I was informed that the person with whom I was texting had no way (or seemingly desire) to check whether or not they had any Typhoid vaccines in stock at the location to which I was going. When I checked in, both online and in the store, it didn't ask me what vaccine I was there to get. So when the guy finally popped his head out of the room 25 minutes after he was supposed to see me, and said, "oh, really sorry, we ran out of those," it was clear to me that I will never go back to a CVS minute clinic if I can avoid it.

Erroneous billing and no answer at customer service after several 30+ min hold times over 3 days. My insurance co said clinic didn’t submit bill properly. Don’t bother!

Decent neighborhood pharmacy that stocks everything you need, from Benadryl to OGX shampoo. Friendly staff to boot, which is more than I can say for most other locations.

Absolute great customer service. Greeted upon entry, automatic doors when leaving. There is both self checkout and a human associate. The associate was holding down the fort in such a positive way. She encouraged me to do better with my sales! Thank you so much. Keep going cvs.

Waited two hours to get my ear cleaned out, only for them to find out that they had run out of the disposable covers for the ear cleaner, and had no more on hand, so they couldn't clean my ear. What a waste of time and money.

There has been a bag of dog p**** broken glass, and countless other litter and dangerous things that are left on the sidewalk along the side of the CVS building (along Love Lane) that will stay there for weeks without CVS caring to clean it up. During the winter, the snow is never shoveled so it's impossible to walk down with a stroller or just in general. This sidewalk is CVS' responsibility and they just don't care to keep it clean or safe. It stinks people litter bags of dog p*** in the first place, but if garbage ends up on your sidewalk, it's your job to clean it up. CVS never does this, and the sidewalk is then filled with garbage, weeds and broken glass. Not sure why they don't care more about the exterior of the building or how they fit into the neighborhood.

The pharmacy department at this CVS claimed there was no such thing as "brand" or "generic" insulin injection needles. When I called earlier about the $17 charge, the woman who handed me the needles told me they were a "preferred brand." These are categories that Medicare Part D providers use to establish pricing of medications. Someone else in the department said, rudely, there was no such thing. I think I need to find another pharmacy.
