Whoever that Hispanic was at the desk, was very hostile. We came with a government issue ID and she refused to give the money that belong to us. That Spanish lady has a quick temper and needs to go cause she was unprofessional and mean. Talking about it’s “her job my rules” I hope she sees this so she can reevaluate...
