1st off, the location is not the one on map it’s at 14 Lenox Road. Customer service is the slowest. The lady was walking as she doesn’t want to be there, she was rude and made me waste more than 15 minutes. Wouldn’t recommend. Go somewhere else guys.

I wish I could give a negative star to this establishment at 759 Flatbush Avenue because they don't even deserve a star. There is a Spanish girl that works there and has no idea whatsoever what is customer service. She is very nasty and her attitude stinks.
I went to them this morning.. first off I said Good Morning and she did not answer. Her gloves on her hands was very dirty so I asked that she changed it before she touched my passport, she started cursing obscene language. Well I cursed her right back because she was very rude. I gave her the passport which she threw back at me and said to get out and proceeded to call the next customer.
This girl.. I say girl because she doesn't act like a lady. She is a bad spirit roaming the earth. I hope to God that she doesn't practice her nastiness with someone else who is hyper more than me. I will never go to that place again.. never!
