Professional thieves. The workers arrived 5 hours early with 4 movers instead of 2. Expensive items were stolen and my claim was denied because I had no video proof. Their driver charged me an extra $100 because the cabinets listed to be moved were not listed as glass. Go to Home Depot rent a U-Haul and grab 4 of the dozens of migrants in the parking lot. Just keep your valuables away from them. They also charged more than their quote.

Personal items stolen. Claim denied by a person named Jet at the company because I had no video proof and the stolen items were not listed as part of the move. These items were not supposed to be moved. They showed up 5 hours early with 4 movers instead of the quoted 2. I was blamed by Jet for not keeping my eye on them. The driver charged an additional $100 cash because the cabinets listed to be moved were not listed as glass cabinets. I also tipped them 15% cash of the total for the original quote which they ended up charging me more than the original quote. After paying I had the card cancelled to prevent any additional theft. I had security cameras installed at both locations inside and out in case these thieves return. They packaged everything well and nothing broke. If you don't have anything of value they are great movers.

We just moved our apartment from Park Slope to Murray Hill and it was a complicated business, since I have a huge library. Matt offered a good price and Jet handled some post-move complications fairly. And since they use plastic bins rather than boxes, clean up afterward was easy. My only criticism, which echos one below, is that the packing team worked so fast it was hard to keep up with them, which meant that the labeling of bins was not very specific. Nothing was broken but sorting it all out took much longer than it should have. I'd definitely use them again, and you should too; just be sure to specify that you want them to slow down a bit and label precisely. They're all nice guys.

was in the unfortunate situation of having to move twice in 6 months, and i booked movers not shakers for both moves. they make booking easy and are so efficient on move day! across both moves there was 1 minor scratch on one piece of furniture, 0 things were broken and their teams are just excellent. can't recommend them enough.
