I arrived to fix my mom’s car earlier this month (March 2024). Her BMW 2009 convertible top had issues opening and closing, and the back windows were the problem. The car also leaked from the roof. The owner temporarily fixed that for free until she's ready for the official work, which can cost over $2k. I will return soon. The staff were courteous, and the wait to be helped was immediate.

Got my sunroof and windows fixed here, only took 4 days, also got my glove box fixed here when the lock broke off

they are criminals. The old guy told me it's $20 to diagnose. I told him the roof was tilting but not retracting. the roof would tilt and close with no problems. he had me wait for 20 mins when the workers came in they looked at it for 5 or so minutes not remove roof liner but did remove switch which I did before also. he came to me and said it's the track that's broken and the roof is open and to close the roof back is $450. I said it was closing why I got to pay now. I walked over to the car and press the switch and it closed. RIPOFF CONARTIST. STAY AWAY.

Nasty Russian lady bang on my already broken windows and make glass falling over my car. I tell her not to touch and she keep open and close and open close the door adding glass everywhere. Be aware of this company do not go there.

I wasn't happy to be honest. They price gauged be from the door. My upholstery was in bad shape but the woman quoted me some outrageous price as if the state of my current upholstery makes a difference in the price. They are replacing it not cleaning it. So the current condition doesnt matter. I didn't think to shop around because a it's such a specialty service, but I did and got some much cheaper quotes...she also had a nasty attitude as if she was doing me a favor...just very rude. I would t recommend this place

You want easy this is the place. I brought some parts, they helped me order the rest. They were in constant contact, it was 1996 Dodge Van my son inherited. They changed the seat covers , installed a new radio and smart mirror. I have read the other reviews. Patience is key. They nailed this project as I am sure 1000's before who don't write reviews. I am glad I stopped my son is thrilled. Now off to paint. I was recommended by a friend in a local car club.

Typical brooklyn BS attitudes... How does a place stay in biz like this with wise guy running it.. Thats ok because being a selective business , you wont do well since most people dont have classic cars and your attitude is stank....You should be begging for business from people...morons lol
