Mosha was truly the kindest, most helpful and understanding person to work with on my post-party white couch stain catastrophe!! It was such a specific issue I had with my couch and he took it in stride and found a solution almost immediately. I truly can’t thank him enough and will be back for any and all dry cleaning needs!! BEST IN CLASS SERVICE from start to finish! We were in from out of town for our son’s wedding in Williamsburg and stopped in to see if they could take care of some items that had been packed in our suitcases with a quick turnaround - Customer service is key to this business - the answer was YES from the moment we walked in the door - 2 formals, 3 dress shirts a suit and pants for the rehearsal dinner all beautifully steamed and pressed for the big event! My Favorite Cleaners took a load off this mother’s mind!

I love this place, when ever i visit my family in Brooklyn, i know that they are a phone call away from pick up and delivery with my clothing folded nicely so it fits into my airplane carryon when i leave. Really nice people to deal with.
