It took a long time to send, I called several times for a reminder, in the end they sent it somehow through Germany and 4 parcels of 20+ kg ended up in customs, I ran around and then explained it to customs. In total it took 2-3 months for delivery to the Russian Federation
For example, at the same time as these, I also sent 4 parcels of the same weight by SDEK, but the second one was a little more expensive, but the parcels were delivered in a few weeks, through Almaty without any customs.
Moreover, Postman Joe scratches your ears that the parcel will be sent by sdek from them, but in fact it goes by ems by regular mail
