If you are not polish or whatever ethnicity the two jerks are that run this establishment, don’t waste your time! They treat African Americans like dirt! I’ve been 3 times since moving to Bensonhurst and each time the service level has decreased. It’s official, I will NEVER return here. I will walk the extra mile to the post office to avoid being treated like I’m not one of the reasons they’re in business! The first time they were just rude and I felt disregarded and rushed. I chalked that up to going an hour before closing. The second time I went, my lease agreement never made it to its destination. This last time they were so pleasant to the lady in front of me so I assumed this would be a better visit. They decided not to didn’t provide me tracking information because I “waited too long to request it” which makes absolutely no sense! But the lady in front of me who spoke their language, was treated with respect and patience! They literally did hand gestures for my packages. When it was time to give address information for the only one of my packages that needed it, he he held out his hand for my phone instead of allowing me to read the address to him. They act as though they don’t speak or understand English when it’s convenient for them!? I’ve never experience this type of treatment since living in this area. They were Racist, Rude, and Will never get my return business!!

The kid behind the counter was VERY RUDE. Terrible service. Gave me such a nasty attitude. He threw the bag at me and basically made me bag the item myself. Not even a thank you..awful.

Fantastic service!! Maxim, one of the employees, went above and beyond to help me with my parcel. He provided me with excellent advice on the best shipping options for my needs and helped me pack my parcel securely. He was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable! I highly recommend this mail center to anyone looking for high-quality shipping services. The prices are reasonable, the facility is clean, well-organized, and had all the necessary supplies for packaging. And if you're lucky enough to work with Maxim, you're in great hands. I have been coming to this place for the past 7 years. I have probably dropped over 500 packages over this span, and all those packages were delivered successfully to the recipient. My experience with the main office (where you drop off the package) has been pleasant. They would always pick up scan my package and answer all my questions with courtesy.I also have a business mailbox with them where I order packages to them and pick them up when I can, as I work and go to college 5 days a week.Last week I decided to order a chair and have it delivered there. So the chair was delivered there, and I received a message from the warehouse "Urgently pick your big box up!!!!!! Rain!". Unfortunately, I was at work and could not pick up the package that day.The next morning I receive another message "Urgently pick your big box up, otherwise you will be pay fine!!!!!". Now to my understanding, you are only fined if the package is not picked up within 3 business days, and that was the 2nd day, so why was I being threatened with a fine?I then drove there to pickup my package, and the warehouse guy their came to me and said something along the lines of "Please pick up your big package as early as you can, I don't have enough space, it was raining, I had to move it back and forth etc."Upon hearing this, I was pretty confused. How is it my fault you don't have enough space? Why should it be my concern if it was raining? I paid for the business mailbox service and was NEVER told of any package restrictions. All I was told there is a fine if a package is not picked up within 3 business days.So I promptly replied to the guy there, and my exact words were, "But I pay for the service, right? Not trying to be rude or anything...". This made the man go on an anger spiral. He raised his voice and said something along the lines "YOU PAY FOR SMALL PACKAGE, NOT BIG PACKAGE, IF BIG PACKAGE PICKUP SAME DAY, I HAVE NO SPACE. NEXT TIME I LEAVE THE PACKAGE OUTSIDE IN THE RAIN etc."Like what? Now you are threatening to leave my packages out in the rain because I did not pick up the package on day 1?This was the most unprofessional interaction I have ever had with an employee. You can't just make rules along the way and expect me, "your customer," to know about it and then yell at him when he asks a simple question.I highly request the manager of that specific branch to have a talk with the warehouse guy. Please reach out if you want to talk with me in person, as I live nearby. That is no way for a business employee to speak to a paying loyal customer.Besides this, hopefully, a one-time interaction, I would still highly recommend this place for all your shipping needs.

I was there at this location on Saturday afternoon. The dude on the office was by himself. I wanted to drop a package and he gave me a hard time, because he didn't want to scan my package. He asked me if I thought he was going to steal it. I never accused anyone. All I asked is my package to be scanned. I thought that was part of his job. It is my problem when my return is not refunded because someone wasn't in the mood to scan a package. If I could I would do it myself. I don't have to beg anyone. I emailed the company and no one answered.

Such an easy and convenient service to just drop off packages already pre-labeled for any shipping company! And of course you can buy postages from any company. And I've used them in the past to ship a box to Russia for family.
