Sadly they don’t stock key medications and don’t communicate in any way when prescriptions are not available. This is not a viable pharmacy and I won’t be returning again after having critical medications withheld from their poor service multiple times.

The best pharmacy I’ve ever used. The wait is never very long, even at peak hours, the pharmacists are very efficient, and the prescription prices are lower than at the chain pharmacies.

Neergard remains the pharmacy world standard in service and organization. The store is always clean and well stocked. Kind service etc. If only all pharmacies were like this.

I get my prescriptions from Neergaard 7th avenue and they are consistently rude on the phone and in person. Not a hello, please, or even the attempt of a smile. I know that it's not a particularly fun job but this level of obnoxiousness makes the whole experience unnecessary unpleasant.

Worst customer service: consistently unpleasant no matter who you deal with! You try to support independent businesses but they can't just be as rude as they like with customers. I actually had one check out person at the pharmacy location on 7th laugh at me only to realize SHE had made the mistake about not having the prescription. An apology, certainly not, not from these people! Once their old timers die out they'll die on the vine, no one wants to pay extra to be treated like this.

She says that they are very convenient, so I do get my prescriptions filled there, and it is a much more pleasant experience than when I go to the big chain stores. However, the customer service is absolutely terrible. I bought some thing, and didn't use it. I realized I already had this item so I needed to return it. I go back to the store with the receipt. The item is in perfect condition. They will not let me return it because it was after seven days. She said I could have an opportunity to exchange it for something else. I said there was nothing I needed at the moment, so could I maybe get a store credit. She said no, and that I could take my chances of coming back at a later date to see if they would still honor the store credit. WTF

Some workers are very rude and prejudice.There’s a pharmacy assistant in the back, tall, very slim figured & white male; extremely rude & disgusting behavior.I was waiting for the pharmacist to answer a question and he rudely passed me and didn’t have the decency to say excuse me or apologize, even after I spoke out about it to him. The pharmacist said nothing either; even after hearing me check him; he too, the pharmacist, seemed like he didn’t want to assist me, after he saw me waiting to speak with him and would rather be on a personal call in the back.None of the workers at the pharmacy desk are inviting. Just distasteful!!However, NEXT TIME, I will not behave professionally since there’s no respect or human decency.

Got LivingProof shampoo. After couple uses, hair was oily as if unwashed! Hair type is dry so was even more odd. Found bottle stamp on bottom was mostly scraped off. At $28, stop selling expired brand hair products.

I want to support local businesses, but after paying for my prescriptions and other items, I was followed out of the store by a pharmacist who accosted me to find out if I had paid for everything. I was in shock. I did pay for everything and I'm a loyal customer. I went back inside the store to let the pharmacy know that I didn't understand why I was targeted and that I wanted to stay a customer. After speaking with staff members who didn't know who I was talking about following me out of the store, I was pointed to the pharmacy. I was told that the pharmacist who followed me out of the store was on the phone. I followed up by writing to Neergaard, but I never heard back from them. I don't understand why this had to happen or why they had to lose a customer over it. All I wanted was an explanation, but an apology would have been nice, too.

This place is AWFUL!! It took over two months for them to call me to schedule a service appointment for a broken hospital bed. When they did call me it was the worst customer service ever. If you don’t have to deal with them, go elsewhere.

Wonderful store with high end brands and amazing inventory (including Kerastase, etc. in addition to prescriptions you need. Very knowledgeable staff. Great customer service.

I have been using Neergaard on 7th for the last 21 years. They always have your prescriptions in stock and the staff are wonderful, friendly and know their stuff! This weekend Oct 2nd 2022 I accidently left $100 cash near the check out. I got home never even realized! I got a call from the lovely young man that served me - sorry did not catch his name.. Saying "Donna you left a lot of cash by mistake," so I called them and spoke to Lana and they kindly held on to my. money till I could pick it up and that was Today Oct 3rd . THANK YOU YOUNG MAN!! I am so touched but when you use a wonderful family neighborhood pharmacy this is the treatment you receive. Again I can't thank you enough. Donna

I no longer shop at this Neergard. The pharmacy techs for Covid Vaxes are great but the cashier employees are so rude. Every time I've come in there are the two young Hispanic girls that are gossiping in the back cashier. If I ask a question about something they roll their eyes over at me like I've interrupted them and answer rudely. One got pretty condescending when she answered something about a product I knew was wrong. It's like she had to prove something in front of her friend/co-worker and kept giving me looks like she was going to do something. I wish she would.
