I found Dr wireless through Facebook marketplace , I was afraid of taking a trip since there were some negative reviews on yelp. The owner reassured me and told me these reviews are from years ago coming from previous employees, and competitors. When I took a trip from New Jersey, I was greeted with positivity and good customer service. The owner showed me a selection of items in the store such as laptops, phones, shoes, jewelry, and other items which made it a one stop shop. Ever since I've been visiting this store since it has everything. Don't let previous reviews ruin a present experience.

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism, and they went above and beyond to ensure I left with a smile. Despite encountering a few negative reviews, don't let them overshadow the outstanding service and value that Dr wireless consistently delivers.

I found Dr. Wireless through FaceBook Marketplace. He told me he was closing at 6:00Pm that day but I told him i'd be there at 6:15. The owner waited for me to come, treated me with excellent service, and had amazing prices. I recommend Dr. Wireless since the store has a huge selection of items. I came to buy a laptop and ended up buying multiple items.

This guy is absolutely amazing. Has a cash discount on top of all the discounted items he already offers. Absolutely insane prices. When I asked about the negative reviews, he informed me that these were his competitors and other phone stores leaving bogus reviews. The owner, Mark, is a great guy. I've been going to him for 3 years now and have never had a problem with him. Only positive experiences. Don't miss out!!

Wow, this place is really really amazing. They fixed my iPhone X really fast and for a really good price. I've been a customer for about a year and all I'm seeing is improvements in the service. The store owner, Mark, would go out of his way to help. Thanks guys!! Keep up the good work

If i could leave this place zero stars I would. My iphones 6s screen was cracked and I was unable to use it. I was charged 160$ to fix the screen. I took the phone home and noticed that there seemed to be inconsistency in the pixels. I am very busy and didn't have time to go back to the store. Fast forward to a month later, i wake up and my screen is back to it's original state except this time i had not dropped it and at no point sat on it. Also i would like to add that over the month long period my screen became loose. I went back today to try and get it fixed. The man there basically shrugged his shoulders when i requested a new screen, he then and offered to give me a 30$ discount on a new screen.....because the first one i paid for went oh so well.Bad worksmanship. Terrible customer service. My advice? Go anywhere else. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Fast talking dishonest bamboozler of cell phones. Claimed a phone was a store demonstrator unit, when it was actually used for months by the salesman himself. ( Phone had 4 months of his friends and family photos on it.). When we returned with multiple operating problems, and having discovered his cache of photos,after having to also replace the battery including salesman grinning at his birthday cake. He admitted his lie, reluctantly, but as phone has many difficulties, he managed only to strip it of all photos, including his own, then said it was Samsung's fault & insisted that NYS doesn't allow him to make refunds or exchanges after a week. I learned never to buy a phone without a full warranty and not to trust anything at this store.
