I been dealing with Sosa and his professional crew for more then 20 years , you can't find anyone better then them, i have taken my dj speakers and dj equipment to him in the morning and he have got it ready for me in the evening so I van go to my gigs, i have try others and at the end I had to take it to Sosa.. he and his crew are the best in New York ..

Was recommended and highly disappointed! The DEFINITION OF NEGLIGENCE! MY SISTER HAD TO COMMUNICATE MULTIPLE TIMES ON THE STATUS OF MY MACBOOK PRO. SENT IT IN WITH INTERNAL DAMAGE TO THE SCREEN AND EVEN THOUGH THE PROBLEM WAS FIXED, MY CAM HAS A MALFUNCTION. HE GAVE THE COMPUTER BACK WITHOUT MY SCREEN COVER (BUT WAS ON THE OLD SCREEN) -- WHO DOES THAT? ALSO HE ENDED UP KEEPING MY MAC KEYBOARD COVER AND LEFT ME HAVING TO PURCHASE A NEW CAM AND ALSO A NEW LAPTOP KEYBOARD COVER! THE LEAST YOU COULD'VE DONE IS REMOVE THE SCREEN COVER FROM THE OLD ONE AND PLACE IT ON THE NEW SCREEN ---AND NOT USE MY COMP AS A NOTEPAD TO WRITE A NOTE ON! WHAT AM I GONNA DO WITH A OLD SCREEN THAT SHOULD'VE BEEN TOSSED!?? HE WAS AWARE THAT I NEEDED THIS COMPUTER DONE QUICKLY BECAUSE THIS IS MY WORK AND ALSO COMP. FOR MY RECORDINGS SO COMMUNICATION WOULD'VE BEEN APPRECIATED INSTEAD OF HAVING TO CHASE DOWN AN UPDATE ON A COMP. THAT I LEFT IN YOUR HANDS WHEN I COULD'VE GAVE ANOTHER COMPANY MY BUSINESS. PLEASE AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE! I DESERVE A REIMBURSEMENT FOR NEGLIGENCE!! I'D PAY THE EXTRA TO DEAL WITH AN APPLE AUTHORIZED DEALER INSTEAD!

Terrible experience here. Went in for a simple job. Made me wait 15 mins while he went outside to talk on the phone and random people outside. Then told me to wait another 15 mins for someone else to come to basically watch me fix it myself. Instead of answering my questions, he snickered at me not knowing as much as him about the system. I hope they go out of business.

Bought a tv from them and it stopped working properly a few weeks after purchasing. The tv was a hisense and cost over $300. The tv completely stopped working at this point and it has been less than 9 months. If I had known it was a refurbished/remanufactured tv, I never would've purchased it. I was under the impression that it was a brand new tv. I wasted a $300+ and have to buy a new tv now.
