The customer service is excellent… There is so many useful products that helps to promote health and wellbeing… There is something there for everyone to enjoy… Myself personally I enjoy shopping there for my herbal teas and roots… as well as supporting Black owned businesses in my community…

This store has roots in a long-standing family legacy for over 20 odd years. They are well known and respected in the community. It was passed down from the father to the daughter. I first found them at their original store in Harlem, and then began a new relationship with them again at their sister store in Bklyn. They have a reputation for always providing quality and consistency over the years. And I've been a loyal and satisfied client/ customer for over 8 years now.
I've had life changing experiences connected to receiving services here. It's a beautiful, pure, safe, and comfortable space for Spirituality....oriented in African roots in particular.The staff is professional and highly knowledgeable. They have everything from crystals, jewelry, books, oils, herbal supplements, etc. Services such as Astrological, Tarot, Numerology, Reiki, and Chakra readings, etc, are offered here. It's truly a "one-stop" shopping environment for everything spiritual!

I haven't been to Nicholas in several years and I had moved away from New York. However I am DELIGHTED to see that this business is still open and THRIVING in the current climate of NYC! I hope to come back and visit one day soon!

I went to Nicholas BK for the first time this past weekend for a few events. It was such a great experience from the knowledge I attained from the events to all of the great products in the store. The books were my favorite part along with the amazing people I had the opportunity to meet. I had no idea I was stepping into such an oasis when I stepped into this bookstore . It’s a Gem in NY!
