They didn’t take my prescription insurance - that’s on me for not checking ahead of time. They still gave me a discount but implied I was trying to rip them off. They discussed my insurance issues loudly in front of other customers and made me feel really embarrassed.At least they filled my prescription very quickly and I was able to leave as soon as possible.

The classiest pharmacy I’ve ever been to. The pharmacists and staff treat you like a human, more than happy to answer detailed questions, to which they actually have knowledge. They also carry a super refined stock of high end products for the skin, etc. Even their band aids were nicer than you would find at a chain. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to support a local business, and wants quality care from their pharmacy.

Very hospitable pharmacy! I never get sinus infections but the one I had this trip was insane. I’m leaving out of the country in 2 days so I needed to kick this. I had my doctor call in a prescription. Northside never received it. I was on the phone with my doctor for 30 minutes going back and forth if northside received it. Nothing. In between all that, the lady at the register answered all of our questions on back up otc medicines that could also help. 30 min later they finally got it and got me out within 5 minutes of receiving it. Thank you guys!

My friend told me about this pharmacy so decided to give them a try! Very expensive & pretentious. Spoke to the pharmacist about a certain medicine and got the feeling she was annoyed and didn't want to be bothered. I heard most of their reviews are done by their friends & family. Save your money and go to CVS!

This is a perfect neighborhood pharmacy. Great selection and super friendly staff, including the pharmacists. They really care about their customers. Special orders no problem.

Called to get a prescription transferred to this pharmacy and was immediately hung up on without response. I re-called and asked if this was possible again. I was interrupted and then screamed at by the Northside employee who was clearly frustrated from previous attempts to transfer prescriptions (not mine). She was extremely rude considering this was my first interaction with her and I was asking was seemed like a simple question. She said she would NOT call the other pharmacy. I was then told I had to provide her information to the other pharmacy if I wanted to transfer my RX.... Not really sure if this is normal behavior here, maybe it was a bad day but it was a really unpleasant experience that I hope others don't have.

I started getting my prescriptions filled here about 2 years ago and the service has been consistently excellent. It's very convenient for me to get to, the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the hours are great. Thank you Northside Pharmacy!

Between insurance changes, medication changes, doctor changes, their pharmacy has been amazing at helping me get the best price, quick refills, and caring staff. If you’re in Williamsburg this is the BEST possible place to make your pharmacy! I’ve never had to wait long, they are most often able to refill my unusual doses in hours, and are just so courteous. I tell everyone I know to go here!!
