Had an extremely positive experience with NY Mobile Self Storage while moving to my new apartment locally. They were very friendly right from the beginning, especially Stacey on the phone. She patiently noted down my details and provided a realistic estimate. She was very quick to provide me with employment certificates and insurances when needed. The day of the move, Mike and Vlad were very polite and accommodating. They arrived right on time and finished everything within a reasonable amount of time with smile on their faces. I highly recommend them to anyone!

Highly recommend.
Stacy is great. Not only does she answer txts and emails. She even calls you back! lol. Which sadly, is not the norm these days. She's very helpful and everything went smoothly.
The movers...Vlad and Mike were great too. Fast and happy to help with anything you need to make moving easier.
I will definitely use them again.

I have only positive things to say about my experience with NY Mobile Self Storage! Stacey was so responsive and helpful and considerate. My items were stored securely without any issues over the course of nearly 1.5 yrs. At a stressful moment of multiple moves over a short period of time- this was one less headache- I cannot recommend them highly enough!

A friend told me that the one company that helped her with her move with no problems was NY Mobile Storage, so I called Stacey for my own move. Her whole team took great care of our full house of belongings. They picked it all up, stored it for months, and delivered it to our new home. I am very grateful to Stacey and to the friend who recommended her! And Mike and his team of movers are also wonderful.

I had a terrible and stressful day but they made it better. I picked Mobile storage to consolidate 2 other storage locations. One arrive water damaged with everything smelling of mold. It was horrible but Vlad was wonderful and very efficient at unloading my stuff and placing it in storage, letting me separate out the damaged items etc. I am glad i moved everything here as it feels safer.Stacey is lovely through the whole process and patiently answered everything leading up to the move and made it all easy.They were very flexible about the paperwork. I would have liked to have it a few days in advance to at least read through a template form to understand terms. The review of paperwork may have been easier if I had booked and paid on the site but I didn't know how many units I needed.It was a bit upsetting for me as I had to sign something without the time to read it. I had both loss and damage with the other companies so I want to be better prepared this time. Vlad told me to read it there but the type is small, the warehouse is dark and I was trying to deal with my other storage situation. I am hoping they are flexible if I need to change anything.But overall it was a great experience. Thank you Stacey and Vlad.

I had a wonderful experience working with this storage team. Very accommodating, fairly priced and most importantly careful with your belonging. They are very speedy to answer emails and phone calls! If you need storage in NYC I would suggest working with them!

Stacey and the mobile storage team are amazing! Super professional and responsive. I strongly recommend using this company if you are looking for a storage or moving service in NYC. We moved during early covid days and they were super helpful to ease the stress. They are very careful and packed all our delicate belongings and artwork perfectly. We have had to access our storage multiple times and this is also a seamless process.

I can't recommend this business enough! In March 2021 my lease in nyc was ending and I had not seen my family at all since Jan 2020 due to covid. I decided to temporarily move back home out of state, spend time with my family, and store my belongings until I secured an apartment in NYC at a later date. Stacey (the receptionist) and Vlad (the mover) made this process unbelievably smooth during a stressful time. Stacey's customer service is unmatched. She explained every step of the storage and moving process with total transparency. The rental rate was very reasonable and pro-rated when necessary (who does that??). There was an optional, extra fee to hire Vlad for moving my belongings in and out of the rental unit. Also very reasonable, and Vlad and his team were swift, professional, and mindful of my large or delicate furniture. Their smallest storage unit held everything for a 400ft² studio apartment with room to spare. Even their website was easy to navigate to make the monthly rental payments. Seriously, I wish every business was run this well. If you're looking for honest, friendly folks to take care of your stuff, look no further!

I cannot say enough great things about this team. This was the second time I used them and everything was exceptional. Stacey in the office is beyond helpful and Vlad and his guys are amazing. They were on time, polite, prepared, quick and efficient. They wrapped the furniture, were gentle with everything and they packed the containers perfectly. If I could give them 100 stars I would!

Stacey and the team are AMAZING; Makespace cancelled on us on the morning of our move (though everything was confirmed... We actually continued to receive auto-text confirmations from them throughout the day, but that's for another yelp review lol) In a last minute panic to get movers AND storage for a same day turnaround, we somehow came across NYMSS and they were absolutely phenomenal. What could have been a total sh*tshow of a moving experience turned into a blessing in disguise: This was the best thing that could have happened to us during this move! The scheduled a same day pickup and move (this was during the midst of covid, when everyone was making an exodus), charged us reasonable prices (when we were really in a bind and totally desperate as we were moving out of state), and were just an overall pleasure to work with during a very high stress situation. They are incredibly communicative, accommodating, and professional. In an industry where these traits are so far from the norm, Stacey and NY Mobile Self Storage are in a league of their own.

Incredible service. Recommend this mobile storage without hesitation. Stacey is the best. She helps to coordinate everything. But not only that she answers every question you ask and is so incredibly helpful and nice in the process. When it came to moving all of our stuff into mobile storage the process was seamless. All of our boxes and furniture was moved by Vladimir and 2 other gentlemen who arrived to our home with the mobile storage containers. They were so professional, hard working and very kind. They took great care of our stuff and did everything very efficiently. All in all it was the best moving experience we have had (and we move a lot). I highly recommend using this service. Thank you to Stacey and Vladimir.

To say the thought of moving during COVID quarantine with an infant was daunting and choc' full of anxiety would be an understatement! So fortunate we found this company! Stacey was super helpful from our initial inquiry and made me feel calm and informed about the whole process and shared some great tips to make us feel extra prepared and feel good about the safety precautions the company was taking. I have lived in NYC more than 10 years and I have never had a smoother move before! This system is genius as the mobile storage units save time by dropping right curbside! The foreman and two other movers arrived on time and were in communication the whole time. They worked efficiently and had masks on the whole time (which could not have been the least bit easy). We moved from UWS to Hoboken and the travel time is exactly what you'd expect, there was zero wasting time or delaying. In all the move took under 3 hours and the boxes were even placed to the correct rooms. I will recommend this company to anyone else I know moving. Thank you again!
