recently did powder coat rims and grill on my audi s5. they did a good job, the owners seem stressed but cool. timing was a bit off (might wait longer then said)

Idk who's leaving all these fake positive reviews but this place is TRASH! Did my infiniti and the work was horrible. Told me they'd wrap my grille gloss black but instead they spray painted it. Chrome delete didn't last 6 months before it started coming apart. Avoid them like the plague, much better places out there!!!

These guys are awesome! Tito and his team..true professionals. Fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Glad my mechanic pointed me in their direction for wheel straightening. Saved a ton vs. what my dealership wanted to charge for the same service.

I got my Wheels Powdercoated Gloss Black & My Calipers Purple..
They even mixed the purple color for me and made it exactly how iwanted It.
They did such a great job!
Communication is also great as well.
& They Move Quick asf.
If you cant leave your car they give you loaner wheels .
Its Worth it.

Went there today to have front rims straightened and my rear rims checked. The owner was not there as I’ve had good work done with him prior to today. The guy left in charge said he’d let me know about my rear rims. And I have staggered rims. Small front and large rear. The front cost me $300. And that was fine. When the guy called he said the rear rims were also bent. I agreed to straighten and told him to proceed. But 3 minutes later I called back to cancel the back rims. He proceeds to tell me that his guys told him that they’d already done the rear as well. I said fine, $600. But felt I’d been fully taken advantage of and likely the rear were not even bent. So upon picking up my car, I noticed the front looked awkward. They’d placed the rear rim on the front with the front tire and the front rim on the back with a front tire. How they missed the improper fit is fking unbelievable on staggered rims and tires. The guy in charge wouldn’t really engage in conversation and constantly for the next hour only walked away as I attempted to speak. Extremely childish, unprofessional and without integrity. Then when attempting to remove the tires to correct this problem, they broke the locking lug nut using a power tool on a lock nut that requires a manual tool. The tire was stuck for an hour. Eventually the wheel gets freed, tires and rims corrected but he gives me new locking lug nuts for my Benz. But he gives me silver when mine were black. More money I’ll have to spend to correct. And the icing on the cake, they lose my Mercedes Valve stem covers. And this entire evening had not one single apology. So…..if you are not dealing with the owner of the shop there, you’d best drive away‼️

Had a flat tire/cracked rim. My local tire shop doesn't do same day wheel repair, NYC Wheel Professionals do. Saved me a massive headache, can't recommend them enough!

Unprofessional af! They even sent the finance a fake receipt stating I brought tires when I didnt! My rims paint came off the next day, I reached out to them and no response. Don’t pay them in cash or you will lose your money!

This place is awesome Tito and his wife are very attentive to detail great customer service. I got 2 rims repaired for road rash on my GLE 53 AMG and tinted the car .
