Very bad service,and They behave like uneducated peoples.
When i ask them for my prescriptions they said your insurance is inactive.But my insurance is already working.So i switch to my new pharmacy.Bad service ever..please dont go there.1 just switch my pharmacy.bad peoples..they deserve 0 stars but i gave them 1..

Rude soviet style customer service.not knowledgeable in customer service or insurance billing. Breathing heavy when asked a question , rolling eyes -> screaming like crazy.

They don't even follow their own open hours schedule. The poster on their door says that they open at 11am on Saturdays but when I showed up at 12:40 pm, they were still closed. Likewise, I showed up at 6:20 pm on Friday, they were already closed even they are officially supposed to close at 6:30 pm. It takes them at least a week to get your prescription medication ready. Thankfully, there are lots of other pharmacies nearby.

Horrible customer service. They don’t care about your prescription, worst pharmacy ever, u have to come three times to pick up the medicine, even though the doctor's prescription was sent weeks ago, It's the last place u want to come!

I read reviews about the pharmacy and I still wonder how the pharmacy has not yet been closed for the fraud they carry out. absolutely boorish behavior of the pharmacy employees the pharmacy practically does not fulfill its duties the pharmacy is not competent asks for money for medicines that my insurance company covers this is an absolute fraud I will complain to the State boards of pharmacy.
I read reviews about the pharmacy and am still surprised how the pharmacy has not yet been closed for the fraud they are performing. Absolutely boorish behavior of the pharmacy employees; the pharmacy practically does not fulfill its duties; the pharmacy is incompetent; it asks for money for medications that are covered by my insurance company; this is an absolute fraud; I will complain to State Pharmacy Commission.

I had the worst in the world customer service. A woman who worked here was so rude that I even couldn’t find words to describe this. Her attitude was like I came to her home and disturbed her. On my question about the price of item, she told me the price was on it. It was not on it. Then she said that it was not her responsibility to take medicine from the bag which I received in pharmacy department to pay in her department“I will not touch this bag without gloves” - her words. Please explain this “nice woman” about customer service and how to communicate with people because she doesn’t have any idea about this! In the end she said if I didn’t like her customer service I could go away. She did not care about this. I will avoid your pharmacy with this terrible rude worker in the future!

Horrible customer service. They just don’t care about your prescriptions. Front desk girl looks like she is having the worse day of her life and trust me she will pass this energy on you.I decided to switch to AA pharmacy across the street. For the past 2 months I had the best experience with them. Outstanding customer service and everything is very fast!
