Olas Kitchen is a welcoming restaurant with a great homey feel and wonderful, sweet staff. The food is consistently delicious, fresh, warm, and comforting, with many highlighting the fufu as the best in Brooklyn—elastic, smooth, and with no lumps. Popular dishes include the egusi soup, praised for being neither too liquidy nor too thick and never tasting funny, the jollof rice described as having a rich Nigerian auntie vibe, and the spicy goat meat peppersoup. Portions are great and affordable. The space is very spacious and clean, making it kid-friendly. It is highly recommended.
So delicious! Brought the whole family and was able to experience a lot of dishes I had never tried before thanks to the staff's recommendations. Great homey feel inside and wonderful people. Highly recommended!

Their jollof rice and fish is the only thing I have tried so far but it is the best is have had at a restaurant. Imagine your rich Nigerian auntie vibe cooking in a plate, that's what the jollof rice is.
