I Shopped at this sometimes but after the bad experience I had today I will never will shop here never again and the reason why is because they had a pajama pant under the $5 rack and when I go to pay it says $13 dollars and even I told the cashier it under the $5 rack she refused to give it to me for that price ! What a horrible experience as a shopper!

Great place to find affordable clothing for the whole family. Love that it is in the neighborhood, so we really don't have to go out of our way to get here. They always have sales, so you get great items at a low cost. Highly recommended!

One of their workers offered to sign me up for the Old Navy credit card. They told me I was declined. Turns out yesterday, someone took this "declined" card (it was actually approved) and went on an $800 spending spree. I know the face and name of the worker who said my account was "declined", and this person is likely the one who fraudulently spent money under my name.Buyers, please please beware not to fall for their Old Navy credit card offer. There are criminals working here.

The people were probably some of the greatest employees I've encountered at an Old Navy. The only problem I had was with the condition of the bathrooms. Although they are kept locked and you are required to get permission to enter, they are FILTHY.
