Workers here are always really nice but the shop can be kind of a mess - long lines at checkout with one person at the register, wrong orders in the bag for pick up in store, etc. They try their best tho lol

I am a constant customer of OLD NAVY and like their stores due to its cleanliness and good quality items for affordable prices. But yesterday my regular visit to the store ended with an injury to my leg. The heavy metal part from cash register construction fell off on my leg. I was provided with an ice pack and incident report in the store but it is just ridiculous that things like that can happen nowadays. Instead of enjoying the shopping with my child, I had to return home and deal with the consequences of someone’s negligence of store safety rules.

Store is amazingly clean staff is so helpful they have gone above and beyond for me many times prices cannot be especially if you get clearance can’t ask for a better place to shop for the family

This place is “hit or miss”. You can get some good deals but finding sizes always seems to be an issue.

Came in today and urgently needed black flats as I had somewhere to be in under a half an hour.Everyone was so pleasant from security to the cashier to Charlotte who helped me till the end. Cannot thank you enough for your kindness today. It was much appreciated!

Went there to pick up some coats that we ordered to donate to fire victims. They have a separate line for pickup which made it extremely easy to walk in, get what I needed and get out.

This location is always really well organized and clean. I had to make a return because a shirt I purchased was defective and fell apart. Was greeted immediately upon walking in by a sales associate. The girl on register immediately helped me and it took all of a minute, in and out. Excellent customer service like what's shown here is why I keep going to old navy.
