STRONGLY RECOMMEND if you are just wanting to try out OT for the first time for the month make sure to go into the branch or call before signing up for services so you can go through the details what the membership commitment entails.Signed up for a promo deal. I went for a month and then wanted to cancel the next months service but apparently I needed to give 30 days notice to cancel. It’s also not easy to cancel. You can’t do it through the app, you have to call the store and then they send you a form you have to sign and send it back.All in all, I am not a fan of the OT subscription model, but that is not something this location can control. The instructors are great, the place is clean and easily accessible.

This studio is the best! All the staff and coaches are amazing. They’re so motivating and supportive. It’s a great combo of cardio and weights and it’s all around the best workout

Coach Frankie is great. Take his classes! The front desk staff are mostly friendly and welcoming. The guided workouts are very helpful to me. I love that they have showers with toiletries so you can go to work afterwards and not have to carry a million things with you. It's clean and it's a very welcoming environment. I just signed up and will be back!

I was offered a promo for a free class online thru a random purchase and OTF was one of the options. I signed up thinking after 4-5 years I’d try the studio as an option for new workout. when it asked for my credit card info, i know it said explicitly noted no charge would occur it was simply to book the spot. I should’ve known better if the scam. I received an email confirming my booking and the zero charge no fine print that if you’ve visited prior you did not qualify. I was never informed upon check in at the studio that I did not qualify for a complimentary class offer. I saw the charge for $35 the next day. When I called to dispute the charge on my credit card, I was told “they left me a message” which is an outright lie, no message was ever left and they could’ve simply sent me an email if they so inclined. This is a matter of principle not the actual cost. And to then be told “we can’t control what promos corporate offers” is not a business friendly response. Sorry to say you’ve lost a customer for life to any of the OTF studios. Please work on your communication if you think charging $35 a class is of value.

I have been an OTF member for about a year and decided to try a new location. My first part of this experience is very negative. Show up at 4:01 on the dot due to google maps telling me it was across the street. The front desk did not give me any issues but did hold my card which I found odd. When entering the class the coach gave me a very dirty look and told me “first things first when you are 5 minutes late you shouldn’t be allowed to enter the studio” meanwhile it was 4:03. In addition she told me there was no phone policy which was no issue in my book. I told her I was sorry and she continued to give me dirty looks the whole class which made me feel uncomfortable. At the end of class , I asked the front desk for my card back . In addition, I wanted to know if they held other members cards . They informed me no but decided so “I wouldn’t have to go back and forth”. In the future, please don’t make decisions of someone’s sensitive security information especially without checking in with them.Besides that the gym was spacious compared to other OTFs I have been to. My favorite additional amenity is there is towel service compared to my gym who does not have that.I was looking forward to this but was extremely disappointed. It was not worth the 10$ surcharge.

I love the trainers here. Love Brian for his energy & fun playlist (I also follow him @ Park Slope!). Frankie is so cute and fun to work out with. Both are v attentive and motivating.

Cancellation policy is absurd. In practice, they have charged me a $180+ cancellation fee.I had to cancel because of a knee injury. After I canceled online, they made it mandatory to do a follow up call or visit. Once I did, they charged me for an extra full billing cycle, even when it hadn't started. They also didn't accept the day the form was filled online as the actual cancellation date.Great way for Orange Theory to make a few bucks. Terrible way for anyone to come back or recommend it. I definitely won't. Barry's will bankrupt this location.

You get great workouts at Orangetheory Fitness. The staff is encouraging and friendly. The studio is very clean. The fitness equipment is in great condition. The workouts are varied, and the music is always pumping.
