Yosef and Richie were gems! They used teamwork to guide me to the appliances I needed. Yosef is very funny, and actually very knowledgeable on the inner workings of the appliances! I love a good compare and contrast. Great experience 10/10!

I called to ask a simple question about whether they carry Apple MagSafe wallets, and the employee hung up on me mid sentence. That’s completely unprofessional. If this is how they treat customers on the phone, I can’t imagine the service in person. Very disappointing.

Since the Flatbush Avenue Store is much more stocked we went there to view the product we were interested purchasing.
Anthony in the Home Appliances section helped us on the phone and then in the store when we came to see the refrigerator and purchase it.

If you want great quality and great customer service, this is the place. My mom and I was shopping around for a washer and dryer, we decided to go here and Alain was our sales associate. He was so patient and kind, answered all of our questions. I was very pleased with our purchase and I was able to get it delivered the next day.
Shanice (store manager) and Richard (store manager) was very nice. They called to confirn if my delivery was satisfactory and if I was content with my items. Their professionalism really put me at ease. I will be returning to purchase more major appliances in the near future. Thank you guys ❤️
