Beware! This place sells fakes, does not provide refunds and the customer service is terrible. I purchased what I believed was an authentic cologne only for it to be most costly than the real one ! Stay away!

After calling on the telephone and not getting a price as I requested, I decided to go into the store a couple days later when I was in the vicinity.
I asked very simply for Hugo Boss One
The lady was quick to oblige me and asked me if I was the one that called on the phone the other day.
When did retrieve the product as requested It was in the black box that it came out with originally and since then the box has changed.
When I asked the price, she proceeded to the phone and called up to I imagine the owner and got me the price.
When she said it was $150 I said she’s out of her mind it sells for approximately $35 on the Internet.
But she said that’s their price because it’s the original Fragrance.
I again reiterated that they are absolutely out of their mind as I left. The store needled to say extremely disappointed!
That store is a total shame and absolutely useless Although years ago, I did buy a different fragrance Kouros by YSL And found both the product and the pricing sufficient.

I want to express my gratitude to everyone who has read the comments below, even though I might not be the only one. Please respect the policies of the store and refrain from calling to inquire about prices. When it comes to "perfume," a person's physical chemistry causes all the sensations associated with perfume to shift when mixed with the skin texture. Who's going to believe, after all, a ridiculous claim like, "I bought a perfume that doesn't smell good on me?" Every vendor on the internet, regardless of location, sets their own prices when it comes to goods. Why would anyone ever be upset about pricing, whether they were high or low? And ultimately give the owners and their staff headaches. It's true that consumers have the option and opportunity to decide whether or not to purchase goods from Pj's Perfume Shop. To be honest, calling someone nasty or mean out of frustration is not polite too. Reading the worst remarks left on a Google or internet, has absolutely "NO," COOMOON sense at all. Be very careful, since all of the people who wrote all those negative comments, are in fact, lost their conscience at all. Up to the point of falsely accusing others due to personal dissatisfaction, which's not even related to "perfume."

I called the store to see if they had Samsara EDT, and before I asked anything else, the man on the phone said, "We don't give prices on the phone?". Very strange, because I did not ask for a price. But then I wondered why would someone not give their price on the phone? Best of luck to that store. Their rating is low. Professional and courteous customer interaction is important. I am not compelled to go there in person.

Terrible place.Very unprofessional and rude lady at the counter. They charged me $15 more for perfume that is cheaper to buy.Even though I hadn't opened the box she refused to give me the money back.Never again,horrible.
